[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a hair dye, and more particularly, to a hair dye containing an acid dye that has excellent storage stability and dyeing power and is harmless to the human body. [Prior art and its drawbacks] Conventionally, oxidative hair dyes consist of a first part whose main ingredient is a phenylenediamine-based oxidative dye and a second part whose main ingredient is an oxidizing agent such as hydrogen peroxide. is commonly used. This oxidative hair dye is a product that dyes hair by oxidative polymerization in the hair by mixing the first and second agents immediately before use, and has excellent dyeing properties and fastness. Moreover, it has many advantages such as being able to obtain various color tones. However, in some cases, this type of oxidative hair dye may cause allergies due to the effects of the oxidative dye, and conventional hair dyes must be applied in an alkaline state or use oxidizing agents such as hydrogen peroxide. These are basically undesirable for the hair. Therefore, recently, it does not contain oxidized dyes, and therefore,
There is a demand for highly safe hair dyes that do not use oxidizing agents. As hair dyes suitable for such requirements, several hair dyes have been proposed, such as hair dyes using direct dyes such as acid dyes and metal hair dyes using iron salts. However, although these hair dyes are highly safe, they have problems such as low hair dyeing power, staining of the scalp, and poor storage stability of the dye. In particular, in the case of hair dyes using acidic dyes, they are harmless to the human body and are very safe, but the PH of the hair dye is
need to be adjusted slightly lower. However, if the pH of the hair dye is lowered, the acidic dye will gradually decompose during storage, and the dyeing power will gradually decrease.As a result, the color tone obtained will vary depending on the hair dyeing process. The product cannot be of stable quality. [Problems to be solved by the invention and means for solving the problem] In view of the above circumstances, the present inventors have developed a hair dye that uses an acidic dye that is harmless to the human body, has excellent storage stability, and always has good hair dyeing power. As a result of various studies with the aim of providing a hair dye that can dye hair with brightness and a stable color tone, we have developed a hair dye with a first part containing an acid dye and a second part not containing an acid dye. The pH of the first agent was set to 4 to 8,
And by setting the PH of the second agent to 1.5 to 4,
The present invention was completed after discovering that the object of the present invention can be achieved. [Summary of the Invention] That is, the gist of the present invention is to provide a first part consisting of an aqueous mixture containing an acid dye and adjusted to a pH of 4 to 8, and an aqueous mixture containing no acid dye and adjusted to a pH of 1.5 to 4. and a second agent consisting of the following, and at least one of the first agent and the second agent contains a thickener and a solvent. [Description of Configuration Requirements] The present invention will be described in detail below. The present invention requires that a first agent containing an acid dye and a second agent not containing an acid dye be used in combination. In short, conventionally, when acid dyes are used in hair dyes, there is no need to make them into a two-part type, so the solvent, thickener, etc. are mixed all at once, the pH is adjusted to a predetermined level, and the product is made into a one-part form. However, in the present invention, by making this into a two-component type, it is intended to satisfy both dyeing power and storage stability. The first agent in the hair dye of the present invention is an aqueous mixture containing an acidic dye;
Normally, there are no particular limitations as long as it is an acidic dye that is harmless to the human body. Specific examples of these include the following: Further, these dyes may be used in combination as appropriate and necessary. Red: No. 2, No. 3, No. 102, No. 104, No. 1, 105, No. 1, 106, No. 201, No. 202, No. 227, 230
No. 2, 231, 232, 401, 504 Orange: 205, 207, 402 Yellow: 4, 5, 202 No. 2, 203, 402,
No. 403 No. 1, 406, 407 Green: No. 3, No. 201, No. 204, No. 401, No. 402 Blue: No. 1, No. 2, No. 202, No. 203, No. 204 Purple: No. 401 Brown: No. 201 Black: No. 401 The blending ratio of the above dye in the first agent is usually:
The amount is 0.01 to 3 parts by weight, preferably 0.05 to 1 part by weight. In the present invention, the pH of this first agent is 4 to 8,
Preferably, it is an essential requirement to adjust it to 4-7. If this PH is too low, the storage stability of the acidic dye will deteriorate and a homogeneous hair dyeing process cannot be expected, whereas if it is too high, the dyeing power will decrease, which is not preferable. On the other hand, the second agent is an aqueous mixture that does not contain acid dyes, and its pH is 1.5 to 4, preferably 1.8 to 4.
Adjusted to 3. Then, the pH when mixing the first part and the second part is controlled to be about 2 to 4. The ratio of the first and second agents used varies slightly depending on the composition of each, but is usually 0.5 to 1.5 to the first agent.
Double the weight of the second agent is used. Examples of the PH adjuster used to adjust the PH of the first and second agents include ethanolamines such as monoethanolamine, alkali agents such as ammonia, acetic acid, tartaric acid, citric acid,
Examples include acids such as oxalic acid, malic acid, lactic acid, hydrochloric acid, and sulfuric acid. The hair dye of the present invention contains a thickener and a solvent, which are incorporated into at least one of the first and second parts. The thickener used here may be any thickener as long as it provides appropriate viscosity and improves the adhesion of the hair dye to the hair, and is usually a natural mucilage such as gum tragacanth, sodium alginate, or xanthan gum, methylcellulose derivatives, or carboxymethylcellulose. Examples include semi-synthetic mucilage materials made of cellulose derivatives such as, and synthetic mucilage materials such as sodium polyacrylate and carboxyvinyl polymer. In addition, the solvent functions to promote the penetration and dispersion of the hair dye solution and the adsorption of acidic dyes to the hair, such as benzyl alcohol,
Examples include aromatic alcohols such as phenethyl alcohol, ketones such as levulinic acid, ethylene carbonate, and pyrrolidone carboxylic acid. Furthermore, the hair dye of the present invention contains, for example, amino acids, polypeptides,
It is desirable to incorporate a hair protectant such as a keratin hydrolyzate, and if necessary, fragrances and surfactants may also be incorporated. The above-mentioned thickeners, solvents, and hair protectants may be added to the first part, the second part, or both, but usually the first part contains the thickener and the solvent.
Further, the second agent contains a thickener, a solvent, and a hair protectant. The blending amounts in this case are 1 to 5 parts by weight of the thickener, 5 to 30 parts by weight of the solvent, and 1 to 5 parts by weight of the hair protectant. [Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention, an acidic dye that is harmless to the human body is applied to a hair dye, and a specific acidic dye containing an acidic dye is applied to a hair dye.
By separating the first agent with a PH and the second agent with a specific PH that does not contain acid dyes, storage stability is significantly improved, and hair dyeing with a stable color tone can be achieved at all times. It also has excellent dyeing power as a dye. Therefore, the hair dye of the present invention is extremely valuable as a highly safe and practical hair dye. [Examples] Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail by examples, but the present invention is not limited to the description of the following examples unless it exceeds the gist thereof. Example 1 First part Carboxymethylcellulose 2.0 parts N-methylpyrrolidone 5.0 parts Black No. 401 0.2 parts Monoethanolamine appropriate amount Purified water Remaining part (total 100 parts) Second part Benzyl alcohol 5.0 parts Ethylene carbonate 5.0 parts Keratin hydrolyzate 2.0 parts Carboxymethylcellulose 2.0 parts PH adjuster Appropriate amount Refined water Remaining part (total 100 parts) PH of the first part 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, PH of the second part 1.3, 1.5, 1.8, 2 , 3, 4, and 5, each of which was stored at 40°C for one month, and the first agent was prepared according to the combination shown in Table 1.
Mix 5g of the second agent and 5g of the second agent, apply it to the hair, and leave it at room temperature for 30 minutes.
After being left for a few minutes, the hair was washed with hot water, shampooed and washed with water, dried with a hair dryer, and dyed, and the dyeing strength results shown in Table 1 were obtained.
