魚肉煉製品等のペースト状を呈する流動性の高い
材料を成形するのに用い、そのままその食品の包
装容器として使用できる新規の食品用成形容器を
提供するものである。

干の調味料を添加混合したのち、所要形状に成形
し加熱処理を施して得られる新規食品は、前記の
乳化物を主材料とするためペースト状を呈して流
動性が極めて高く、成形容器の使用等特別の成形
手段が不可欠となる。

材で、台板2の周縁に沿つて隙間なく当接して着
脱自在となる枠体であり、重合部4によつて台板
2と軽く係止されている構成である。なお台板2
は従来の「かまぼこ板」と同様に、やや厚めの木

まま包装容器として使用すると、流動過程におい
て半固状の魚肉煉製品の形崩れを防止し、かつ衛
生感を高める効果がある。
