を有するデユーテイ可変型パルス発生回路と、 前記デユーテイ可変型パルス発生回路の出力に
基づいて前記ブリツジ回路の電源の供給を制御す
るスイツチ回路と、を有することを特徴とする流
速センサ。 (2) 流速センサ本体とプローブとを具備し、前
記流速センサ本体は、前記スイツチ回路に供給す
る電源とブリツジ回路に流れる電流に基づいて流
速信号を処理する信号処理回路と、を有するもの
であり、 前記プローブは、前記ブリツジ回路及び前記ス
イツチ回路を含んで構成されていることを特徴と
