積層した積層鉄心と、この積層鉄心に巻装された
コイルとから成るステータを有する片側式リニア
モータにおいて、前記ステータと所定の間隙を有
して対向するよう設けられ、コイルを巻装した積
層鉄心を有し、磁性材で形成される磁束帰路用積
層鉄心と、スリツトを有し、このスリツトにより
区分された一方に前記ステータを、他方に前記磁
束帰路用積層鉄心を固着する固定座とを具備した
