【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、通信線路地下管路の気密通過試験に
用いるストツパーに関するものである。

従来、地下管路の気密通過試験においては、芯
軸の先端に装架した受板と押圧板とで挟着した円

芯軸を利用した送気孔より高圧空気を管路内に送
気してその圧力を測定しながら管路の漏洩等をテ
ストしているものである。しかし、ストツパーは
気密ラバーと管路内面との摩擦抵抗で保持されて
いるので、時には管路内に送気した空気圧により
ストツパーが管路内より飛び出し、人身事故を発
生し兼ねない欠点があつた。

いて芯軸にストツプ金具を固締した飛出し防止装
置であつて、地下管路にストツパーを嵌着して高
圧空気を送気した場合のストツパーの飛出しを防
止し得ることを特徴とするものである。

トツプ金具12を固締し、上下端を地下管路のダ
クトソケツトやダクトスリーブ内面と嵌合する円
弧面となしてラバー等を付着し中央に管軸6と嵌
合する長孔13を開孔した長板状の飛出し防止板
14をストツプ金具12の後方位置で管軸6に通
係し、飛出し防止板14の外面上下位置に操作鎖
15を係止すべくなして成るものである。尚、図
中16は地下管路、17はダクトスリーブ、18
はマンホールを示す。

クトスリーブ17の内端突縁部に密着させ、送り
ナツト7を回転して管軸6を前進させながら円板
4′を押圧して膨化した気密ラバー3の外周面を
管路内面に強圧密着させるものである。そして、
送気側のストツパー11の芯軸2の後端のジヨイ
ントにコンプレツサーの高圧ホースを継手して管
路内に高圧空気を送気しながら気密をテストする
ものであり、万一気密ラバー3の摩擦係止力が空
気圧より弱体でマンホール内へスライドしてもス
トツプ金具12が飛出し防止板14でもつて受止
められ、ストツパーが管路内より飛出すのを防止
し得るものであり、地下管路の気密試験時におけ
るストツパー11,11′の飛出しによる人身事
故を防止し得る等、前記した様な顕著な諸効果を
奏するものである。
