【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、抵抗溶接機用異常検知保護及び制御
装置に関する。

し、溶接電源回路を遮断する異常検知保護装置を
制御装置とは別個に設けたものを提案した。

本考案はかかる不都合の無い装置を提供するこ
とをその目的としたもので、箱体1内に電源と溶
接トランスとを接続する回路に介入接続されるコ
ンタクタ3と該コンタクタ3を制御するタイマユ
ニツト2を配設すると共に、電源と溶接トランス
とを接続するケーブルの心線に接続された該ケー
ブルの漏電等が発生した時異常電流が流れる回路
を構成するトランス等の電気部品41〜43と、該
回路の異常電流を検知する漏電リレー5と、該漏
電リレー5の作動により溶接電源回路を遮断する
漏電遮断器6を設けたことを特徴とする。

を遮断する漏電遮断器6を設けたので、抵抗溶接
機の制御及びケーブルの漏電等の異常検知保護の
ための装置の占有空間が小さくてすみ、材料費も
低価になり、更に配線作業、保守点検作業が容易
である等の効果を有する。
