【発明の詳細な説明】
〔発明の目的〕
(産業上の利用分野)
この発明は、汚水管路のマンホールの底板上に
従来は施工の都度左官等の特殊作業員が構成して
いた下水の導流溝体を、でき栄を向上し工事の短
縮を図るため、予め工場において製作した規格品

(従来の技術)
従来下水管路のマンホール内には流れを円滑に
し、特に汚水の停滞しないようにマンホールの底
部にはコンクリートでインバートと呼ぶ導流溝を
形成していた。このインバートはマンホール内で
流入管及び流出管の接続管梁の底部と底部を互に
結びモルタルで半円形に仕上げるものであるが、
この仕上り具合が外観上も機能的にもマンホール
設置上の大切な工程である。従来このインバート
は狭いマンホール内で左官等の特殊作業員によつ
て手作業により仕上げられているが、予定以上に
手間がかかり仕上り程度にもバラツキが生じる等

諸問題点を解消しようとするもので、規格化され
た工場製品のインバートブロツクによりでき栄え
の均一化と工期の短縮を図ろうとするものであ

ると、コンクリート製円板状のインバートブロツ
ク1においてこの上面の中央部には下水用マンホ
ールHの流入管IF及び流出管OFへ通ずる直線形
の断面半円形の導流溝2を形設するとともに上面
を中凹みの斜面3に形成して下面4は平滑とし、
又外周と同心円上に4個の吊下げ孔5をほぼ等間
隔に穿設し、さらにこれら吊下げ孔5を貫綴する
同心円の鉄線6を埋設して吊下げ孔5内の露出部
にナツト7をそれぞれ溶着し、これに調整ボルト
8を挿入垂設して成るものである。なお図面にお

間が一定になるようバールで調整し、なお各管芯
とブロツク側の口芯とが一致するようにバールで

(発明の効果)
本発明のインバートブロツクは、品質管理の行
届いた工場製品のためバラツキがなく、仕上りが
きれいであり、据付けは調整ボルトにより正確
で、又仕上げ作業も容易で左官などの特殊作業員
でなく普通作業員でも施工可能である。さらに従
来の現場施工のように表面モルタルの浮きや剥離
がなく、少々の漏水があつても施工できすぐ通水
できるので工期の短縮が可能で工事費も節減で
き、なお組立マンホールにも現場打ちマンホール
にも使用できるなど幾多の効果を発揮する新規な

等の断面半円形の導流溝2を形設するとともに上
面を中凹みの斜面3に形成して下面4は平滑と
し、又外周と同心円上に3個もしくは4個の吊下
げ孔5をほぼ等間隔に穿設し、さらにこれら吊下
げ孔5を貫綴する同心円の金属線6を埋設して吊
下げ孔5内の露出部にナツト7をそれぞれ溶着
し、これに調整ボルト8を挿入垂設して成り、下
水用マンホールHの底へ定置固定することを特徴
とする下水用マンホールのインバートブロツク。1.
