固定している複数の中間保持板と、該複数の中間
保持板を所定の間隔で固定する固定部材と、該固
定部材の両端にそれぞれ固定されたジンバルプレ
ートと、該一対のジンバルプレートにそれぞれ実
装された一対の光共振器用ミラーとを具備し、上
記中間保持板のうち上記カソードバルブ部を保持
する中間保持板は、中心部に開口を有し、該開口
内に突き出て上下方向に移動する調整ネジ及び横
方向に移動する調整ネジを１つづつ備え、前記各
調整ネジに対向する位置の開口内にそれぞれ１枚
づつ板バネを有し、この２枚の板バネの裏側にそ
れぞれ板バネを介してカソードバルブ部を固定す
る固定ネジを有することを特徴とするガスレーザ
