The dust that has passed through the dust collecting paper bag 8 is then collected by the filter inside the filter 10, and only clean air is discharged from the discharge port 11 via the fan 2. In this structure, the case 1 is tank-shaped and integral, and can be manufactured at low cost by press working. Commercially available drums and pails can also be used.
