となす蓋状の挾持部を有する挾持体3a,3bに
張設した濾布7と中間体2の濾布4によつて形成
される脱水室9に原液を圧入して脱水する脱水機
において、中央に位置する分割体2bの若間上方
位置に圧縮空気源と連結した噴射管27を設け、
濾布4全域に平均に圧縮空気の衝撃を与えられる
ように噴射管27の下部に噴射孔28を適宜間隔
で列設し、該噴射孔28に対向する分割体2bの
上面位置に圧縮空気導入用の穿孔29を設けたも
のである。

を接続する配管26途中に設けた弁を開放し、圧
縮空気を噴射管27の噴射孔28から分流させて
噴射させる。噴射孔28から噴出した圧縮空気は
外気を巻き込んで分割体2bの上面の穿孔29か
ら分割体2bの内部へ導入され、濾布4全域に略
均等に衝撃を与え、濾布4に付着したケーキを完
全剥離させるのである。
