【考案の詳細な説明】[Detailed explanation of the idea]

〔産業上の利用分野〕 この考案は抽出容器に係り、更に詳述すれば一
定量のコーヒや紅茶等の原料を容器内に配設し容
器を順次段重ねに嵌合することができるとともに
特殊な気密保持シール部材で封止し得るようにし
た主として飲料自動販売機に用いる抽出容器に関
するものである。 〔従来の技術〕 飲料自動販売機としては、例えば特公昭55−
37798号公報に記載されているように顧客によつ
て選択され濃縮された原料に加熱あるいは冷却し
た希釈液を砂糖やクリームと共に飲料販売用のコ
ツプ内で混合するかあるいはミキシングボール内
で予じめ混合してコツプに取出して販売する形式
のものがオペレーシヨンコストが安いため多数を
占めているが、何杯分かの原液を貯蔵する必要
と、食品衛生上保存するために添加される保存料
による若干の異臭があり、特に耆好飲料としての
コーヒの場合、顆粒や粉末状の原料を用いたイン
スタントコーヒは本式に淹れたものに比べると未
だ一つ味(風味やコク)が落ちるとして、飲料自
動販売機でもレギユラーコーヒを扱うものが実用
化されている。 〔考案が解決しようとする問題点〕 しかし、レギユラーコーヒを扱う従来の飲料自
動販売機の場合、原料の定量自動供給や淹れ(抽
出)終つたあとの淹れ滓の処理が面倒なのと、中
細挽きしたコーヒ豆の湿気防止が大変なので、ど
うしても原料を少しづつ頻繁に供給することにな
るためオペレーシヨンコストがかかり、一杯当り
のコストが高くなつてしまうと云う欠点があつ
た。 〔考案の目的〕 この考案は上述した欠点を除去し、原料を湿気
から保護すると共に、原料の自動供給ならびにそ
の抽出と淹れ滓の処理を容易ならしめるようにす
ることを目的とするものである。 〔考案の概要〕 この考案は上述した目的を達成するために、開
口を有しかつ底板一体成形容器内に一定量入れら
れた原料の上部における前記容器の側壁下部に形
成した段付部にデンプン膜やポリビニルアルコー
ル薄板等の湯で破断し得る気密保持シール部材を
張設して原料を気密封止すると共に、容器を前記
段付部まで重合し得るようにし、前記容器の底部
に多数の微細濾過孔を設けて前記原料を前記微細
濾過孔から抽出することができるようにしたもの
である。 〔考案の実施例の構成〕 この考案の抽出容器1は第1図乃至第3図dに
示すように、抽出用の容器1と気密保持シール部
材9とで構成されている。 容器1は注形用の合成樹脂をもつて形成されて
おり、開口4を有する底部2と連接して内方に傾
斜する側壁3とで形成された原料収容部14と、
前記側壁3の上縁をなす前記底部2よりも若干外
方に水平に拡がる段付部15とこの段付部の外側
縁に若干外側に傾斜し端縁に張出部5を施した側
壁16とで形成された注ぎ込まれた抽出用の熱湯
を貯える湯注ぎ部18と前記段付部15に張設さ
れた熱湯可溶性気密保持シール部材9とで構成さ
れている。 特殊の熱湯可溶性気密保持シール部材9の溶液
としては、 (1) ゼラチン溶液 ゼラチン5gr+水200ml (2) カンテン溶液 カンテン6gr+水200ml (3) ゼラチン乳糖溶液 ゼラチン5gr+乳糖2.5gr
+水200ml (4) ゼラチンブドウ糖溶液 ゼラチン5gr+ブド
ウ糖2.5gr+水200ml (5) デキストリン溶液 デキストリン10g+水

と第3図dに示すように抽出部7に送られ給湯ノ
ズル71から注がれる熱湯で熱湯可溶性気密保持
シール部材9の一部を溶断し抽出容器1内に熱湯
が注がれる。 この抽出液は抽出部7の小孔の開口された抽出
台72と一体の漏斗体73を通して図示してない

気密封止すると共に、容器を前記段付部まで重合
し得るようにし、前記容器の底部に多数の微細濾
過孔を設けて前記原料を前記微細濾過孔から抽出
し得るようにしたので、原料の湿気を完全に防止
し得るため、挽きたてのレギユラーコーヒや紅茶
の芳香と風味をそこなうことなく、しかも自動的
に一人分の中細挽きしたレギユラーコーヒや紅茶
を一緒に収めた抽出容器を抽出部に搬入でき、淹
れ滓と容器とを一緒に捨てられるので、常に新し
い抽出容器でレギユラーコーヒや紅茶を淹れるこ
とができて衛生的であり、自動販売機以外にも家
庭用の抽出器として使用が可能で用途が広い等の
