Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the rusting of a tube for a drying space and to safely and inexpensively improve the durability of the drying space by combinedly forming a sprayed deposit of metal or ceramics of a specific thickness and a resin film on the surface of a tube consisting of iron or steel. CONSTITUTION:A tube for the drying space is composed of a tube consisting of iron or steel. A sprayed deposit of metal or ceramics of 50-400mum thickness is formed on the surface of the above tube. As the above metal, zinc, aluminum, alloys thereof, etc., having sacrificial corrosive property can be suitably used. Further, rust prevention can be performed by means of sprayed deposit of ceramics, such as alumina. Subsequently, a resin, such as acrylic or epoxy resin, is applied to the above sprayed deposit of metal or ceramics. The sealing of the sprayed deposit is carried out by means of the above resin film. By this method, the breakage of the sprayed deposit due to the contact of the tube with wash-line poles and weight base is prevented to carry out the rust prevention of the pipe, by which the durability of the drying space can be improved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to pipes for drying racks made of iron or steel pipes, and more specifically, to drying rack pipes made of iron or steel pipes. This invention relates to improving the corrosion resistance and durability of pipes for drying racks.

Conventional Technology In general, a clothes drying rack is made of a heavy weight made of concrete blocks, etc., which is made by welding a metal fitting 2 and a hook 3 for a drying rack to a steel pipe 1, as shown in Fig. 2. It is inserted and fixed into the stand 4 and is mainly used outdoors. In order to prevent rust, the pipe after welding the metal fittings 2 and the hooks 3 is usually coated with anti-rust coating, or after being plated with zinc or other anti-rust coating.

In other words, if only anti-rust coating is applied, the coating film will be easily damaged and rust will occur due to contact with the clothesline or weight table 4. In addition, anti-rust plating and then painting are superior in terms of rust prevention than anti-rust coating alone, but the plating process requires a special environment, and if the plating process is insufficient, the anti-rust coating Similarly, it rusts easily. Not only does this rust significantly shorten the durability of the drying rack, but the laundry that is dried using the rack also gets rusted, staining the clothes and the like.

Means for Solving the Problem After welding the metal fittings 2 and the hanger hooks 3 to the pipe 1, a sprayed metal or ceramic coating with a thickness of 50 to 400 μm is formed on the surfaces of the metal fittings 2 and hanger hooks 3, and then In order to solve the above problems by applying a resin such as acrylic to form a resin film, the pipe for a drying rack of the present invention has a thickness of 6o to 400μ on the surface of the pipe made of iron or steel.
It is formed by forming a thermally sprayed metal or ceramic coating with a thickness of m and a resin coating.

After welding various metal fittings and hooks to the pipe 1, as shown in Figure 1, the surface of the pipe 1 is sprayed with zinc or aluminum alloy to a thickness of 5o~4o○μm. A thermal spray coating 5 having a thickness of . Then, an acrylic resin film 6 is formed on the thermal spray coating 5, and the thermal spray coating 6 is sealed. The reason why the thickness of the sprayed coating 6 is set to 50 to 400 μm is because the rust preventive effect is insufficient if it is less than 50 μm, and the rust preventive effect cannot be further enhanced even if it exceeds 400 A1 m. Furthermore, the effect is the same even if the metal spray coating is replaced with a ceramic spray coating.
