Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent raising due to damage of a yarn, flatness of a yarn section and the generation of static electricity by discharging a flow of air, which is obtained by jetting the compressed air from a clearance between a conical hole and a conical part to a passage hole, via the clearance from the conical hole with the yarn passing through the flow of air. CONSTITUTION:Compressed air, introduced to a space 2c to pass through a clearance formed by a conical hole 1b and a conical part 2b, is jetted to a passage hole 1a to reach a conical hole 1c by generating a flow of air. Next the flow of air, reaching the conical hole 1c, is guided to a clearance 3b, while a speed of the flow is decreased, and discharged via a ring-shaped groove part 1d. While a yarn is guided to a guide hole 2a from a yarn guide 3a via the passage hole 1a. Accordingly, resistance force is generated in the yarn by the flow of air in the passage hole 1a, and tension is given to the yarn. Thus because the yarn is prevented from coming into press contact with a solid part, a bad factor of raising, flatness of yarn section, generation of static electricity, etc. can be eliminated.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a yarn tension applying device for applying tension to a yarn when unwinding the yarn from a yarn supplying body and winding it onto a bobbin or the like. Thread tension applying devices such as one-shaft sets, gate types, and leaf spring types have been in use for some time, but these utilize the frictional resistance obtained by pressing the thread against a solid part made of metal or porcelain. This causes fuzzing due to damage to the yarn, flattening of the yarn cross section, and generation of static electricity, which adversely affects the quality of the fabric. In contrast, the present invention provides a yarn tensioning device that utilizes fluid resistance obtained by passing the yarn through an air stream, thereby eliminating the aforementioned drawbacks caused by pressure contact with solid parts. .

Examples will be described below. In Figure 1, the tensa body (1) is provided with a passage hole (1a), a conical hole (]b) is formed at one end, a conical hole (1c) is formed at the other end, and a conical hole (1c) is formed at the other end. A ring-shaped groove (Id) is formed on the outer periphery of the ring. A guide hole (2a) is provided in the nozzle cap (2), a conical part (2b) is formed at one end, and a tensa body is formed.
(1) and the nozzle cap (2) are screwed together to form a space (2).
c) to create an even gap between the conical hole (1b) and the conical part (2b).

Now, the compressed air introduced into the space (2c) flows through the conical hole (
1b) and the conical part (2b), and blows out into the passage hole (1a) to create an air flow and form the conical hole (1c).
The airflow that has reached the zero conical hole (lc) is guided to the gap (3b) while decreasing its velocity and passes through the ring-shaped groove (1
d) and is discharged. On the other hand, the thread is in the yarn guide (3a
) is guided to the guide hole (2a) via the passage hole (1a).Therefore, in the passage hole (fa), a resistance force is generated on the yarn due to the air flow, and tension is applied to the yarn.

As mentioned above, since the yarn is not pressed against solid parts, it is possible to eliminate negative causes such as fluffing, flattening of the yarn cross section, and generation of static electricity.
