Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate position adjustment of a stopper at the time of size change and handling at the time of transportation by providing a stopper storage part, in which any of the obverse and reverse of a paper stopper mounting part can be inserted and removed further slided, and a window in the top part of a picture forming device while applying a different display, which can be mounted and removed from the window, to the obverse and reverse of the mounting part. CONSTITUTION:A stack part 14 is formed by a horizontal upper plate 13, continued to an upper plate 12 tilted to rise from a paper discharge port 11, in the top part of a picture forming device 10, while a stopper storage part 16 is provided between the upper plate 13 and a horizontal guide plate 15 in a lower side. In this storage part 16, a stopper insertion port 17 is formed in the final end of the stack part 14, and a mounting base part 18a of a stopper 18 can be insertion-removably further slidably stored from the insertion port 17. Next a window 30 is provided in the upper plate 13 of the stack part 14, and a paper size display 31 of character or the like for showing paper size is applied to the surface of the stopper mounting base part 18a, while the display 31 can be mounted and removed from the window when a stopper part 18b is placed in a normal condition that it is protruded from the stack part 14.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In the present invention, a paper stopper having a stopper part erected on a mounting base is removably attached to the top of an image forming apparatus, and the paper stopper prevents recorded paper that has been ejected from collapsing. In a paper stacking device that stacks the paper in a predetermined position with the leading edges aligned, the top of the image forming device includes a stopper storage section and a window in which a mounting base of the paper stopper can be freely inserted and removed and slidably stored in either the front or back state. Claims (1)

[Claims] A paper stopper with a stopper part erected on the mounting base is removably attached to the top of the image forming apparatus, and the paper stopper prevents the discharged recorded paper from collapsing and stacks the paper in a predetermined position with the leading edge aligned. In the apparatus, a stopper accommodating part and a window are provided on the top of the image forming apparatus, and a window is provided in which the mounting base of the paper stopper can be freely inserted and removed and slidably stored in either the front or back state.
