【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 側面に、環状突起と該環状突起の中心に位置

するストツパとを有し、また他側面に、前記凹
部と対応する位置に設けられた半球状突起と周
縁一部に折曲した押圧片とを有して成る座板を
取付けるための取付アームと、コイル状を呈し
その両端部がその間に前記押圧片が位置するよ
うに外方に延びる復元用ばねと、該復元用ばね
の内部を挿通して前記取付アームの半球状突起
と嵌合する半球状凹部を内面に有し、かつ外周
一部に設けた内方に延びる水平部が前記復元用
ばねの両端部によつて挾持されると共に、その
先端に前記固定フレームの回転止用突起間に介
在される押圧部片とから構成され、前記固定ア
ームと押圧部片との間に前記鋼球を介して前記
固定フレームの環状突起と前記取付アームの一
側面との間に所要の間隙が保有するように、該
取付アームおよび復元用ばねを介在すると共
に、前記取付アームが前記固定アームと押圧部
片との間で前記鋼球の周面に沿つて回動し得る
ようにこれらを連結せしめたことを特徴とする
