Claims (1)
- ケーシングと、該ケーシングに固着され、鏡板
にうず巻状のラツプ部が立設された固定スクロー
ルと、前記ケーシングに回転可能に支持され、該
ケーシング内の先端側がクランク軸になつた駆動
軸と、該駆動軸のクランク軸に回転自在に設けら
れ、前記固定スクロールのラツプ部と重なり合つ
て旋回する間に密閉空間を形成するように鏡板に
うず巻状のラツプ部が立設された旋回スクロール
と、該旋回スクロール及び固定スクロールに設け
られた軸受収容部に軸受を介して軸方向両端側が
それぞれ支持され、該施回スクロールの自転を防
止するようになつた補助クランクとを備えたスク
ロール式真空ポンプにおいて、前記固定スクロー
ルの軸受収容部内を前記旋回スクロール外周側の
真空室と同圧に保つようにすることにより、前記
補助クランクが該旋回スクロール側に変位するの
を防止するように構成したことを特徴とするスク
ロール式真空ポンプ。
