用し送信波、受信波を伝搬する導波管の結合部の

口に沿つて、防水や気密を確保するためのゴムパ
ツキング3及び電気的結合を確保するためのガス
ケツト接触部4が設けられているが、フランジ間
の締め付は外周結合ボルト6のみで行つているた
め、導波管口の長辺部分については結合ボルト6
との距離が大きくなるため、この部分でのゴムパ
ツキング3やガスケツト接触部4に均等かつ完全
