Abstract

PURPOSE:To accurately perform various automatic control processes by applying an encoded dot mark to a cloth or its leader cloth. reading the mark with a CCD camera, digitizing the result. searching the objective processing condition based on the digitized information and controlling the processing apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A process information such as treating temperature, liquid concentration or transfer speed is applied to a prescribed position of a treating cloth or its leader cloth in the form of encoded binary dot marks. The encoded marks are read with a CCD camera and inputted into a sequencer to obtain a digitized data. The driving signal of a treating apparatus corresponding to the digitized information is searched from a number of digitized information stored in a host computer. The cloth speed, liquid temperature, etc., can be automatically controlled by this process to the value suitable for the treatment of the cloth.

[Prior art] As is well known, the processing steps for turning knitted and woven raw fabric into products include burning, desizing, scouring, bleaching, mercerizing, dyeing, etc. Processing is done selectively. These treatments are carried out by continuously passing a large number of raw fabrics through each processing device that has been installed in advance, and the fabric sent out from the final device has undergone the desired processing. It is now possible to take it out as a finished product.

However, there is no problem if many fabrics connected continuously are processed in the same way all the time, but in today's world where processing of a wide variety of products and small quantities is required, it is difficult to separate them into small numbers of fabrics. , the processing must be changed for each category.

Also, depending on the structure and type of the raw material that is continuously transferred,
The processing speed, temperature, concentration, quality, or processing time of the processing liquid used must be set in advance in accordance with the raw material so that the desired processing is achieved.

Therefore, in a processing method that connects a large number of raw fabrics and processes them continuously, the long fabric is divided into desired lengths, and the processing conditions are automatically changed for each section. In the conventional automatic switching processing method,
An instruction slip in which the processing conditions to be applied to the unit length section are written is attached to the head of the unit length that has been divided into desired lengths, and the work manager, based on this instruction slip,
Since the processing conditions to be performed thereafter, ie, the fabric feed speed, ambient temperature, liquid quality, etc., are manually switched, appropriate switching operations by a work manager are required. For this reason, the inventor of the present invention aims to automate and save labor from the conventional manual processing switching operations, and to provide reliable processing that eliminates processing errors caused by misjudgments and erroneous operations by work managers. In order to improve the performance, electrically readable information is added (marked) to a part of the fabric being transferred, and this information is read by a predetermined sensor, and the read signal is used to determine the fabric running speed, ambient temperature, etc. The premise is to be able to automatically control the liquid quality, etc., and to automatically change the processing of the fabric unattended. We have previously proposed a method for providing information that allows accurate reading decisions to be made without causing errors in sensor readings.

[Object of the Invention] As a result of further research, the present invention has focused on how to accurately decipher the markings on the fabric surface obtained by the previously developed information imparting method and appropriately perform the intended processing. We have developed a method for deciphering information that can That is, in the present invention, in order to carry out selective processing of the fabric continuously and automatically, coded markings are made on the guiding cloth of the fabric, the coded marks are read by a CCD camera, and the read mark signal is converted into a numerical value. digitized signal, search the processed signal corresponding to this digitized signal from among various information stored in the host computer, and automatically drive and control the target processing mechanism using the search signal. The objective is to provide a method for deciphering the information provided.

At predetermined positions, two groups of dot-shaped marks having a binary configuration are placed using an unillustrated marker (for example, the apparatus disclosed in the specification of Japanese Patent Application No. 1922-1926) to determine, for example, the processing temperature,
Processing information such as liquid concentration, gas amount, air amount, fabric running speed, etc. is applied using colored dye. 3 is a synchronization signal mark placed at a different position from the mark group. Reference numeral 4 denotes a CCD camera for reading the marks 2.3 made on the guide cloth 1, and the read signal from this CCD camera 4 is input to a sequencer 7 and a display board 5 made of a cathode ray tube or a liquid crystal board, etc. The display board 5 displays a mark pattern similar to the mark on the guide cloth 1, and the sequencer converts the mark reading signal into numerical values.
