Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce a noise with simple configuration by forming an opening/closing cover, which is provided in an exhausting route, by plural block boards which cross the exhausting route when the cover is closed. CONSTITUTION:An exhausting route 13 is provided in the upper part of a door 11 to cover the front surface of an washing tank 10, where dishes are housed, through a gasket 12. The exhausting route 13 is composed of an exhausting route cover 14 to prevent washing water from being scattered at the time of washing, exhausting air duct 16 to surround an opening/closing cover 15, the first exhausting port frame 18 to form an exhausting port part 17, which is opened and closed by the opening/ closing cover 15, and the second exhausting port frame 19 to change the flow of exhausted air upward. The opening/closing cover 15 is supported by a rotary shaft 20 so as to be freely rotated by the exhausting air duct 16. During washing, the exhausting route 13 is closed and during drying, it is opened to exhaust steam out of the tank. The opening/closing cover 15 is composed of first and second block boards 21 and 22 so as to cross the exhausting route 13 when the cover is closed. Since the exhausting route 13 is double closed, the colliding tone or falling tone of the washing water to be generated during washing in the washing tank 1 is blocked by the block boards 21 and 22. As a result, the tone to leak from the exhausting port part 17 is decreased and the noise value of the dish washer is reduced.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION FIG. 4 shows the general structure of a dishwasher, and FIG. 6 shows an exhaust route in a conventional dishwasher. In the figure, 1 is a cleaning tank that stores tableware 2 and stores cleaning liquid at the bottom, 3 is a cleaning pump that sends cleaning liquid to a rotatably supported cleaning nozzle/L/4, and 6 is installed at the bottom of the cleaning tank 1. 6 is a blower fan that blows air into the cleaning tank 1 and discharges steam generated during drying to the outside of the tank via an exhaust route 7, and a cleaning pump 6 is provided in the exhaust route 7. An opening/closing lid 8 is provided which closes during cleaning and opens during drying by utilizing the pressure generated by step 3.

To explain the operation in the above configuration, during cleaning, the cleaning liquid stored at the bottom of the cleaning tank 1 is heated to a certain temperature with the heater 6, and the cleaning pump 3 moves the cleaning nozzle 4.
Washing is performed by spraying water from the detergent toward the tableware 2, and then, in a ``rinsing'' step, the same operation as when washing with tap water is performed to remove detergent adhering to the tableware 2.

During these steps, the opening/closing lid 8 closes the exhaust path 7 because the cleaning pump 3 is in operation, preventing the cleaning liquid generated in the cleaning tank 1 from colliding with the tableware 2 or the wall of the cleaning chamber 1. This prevents noise, the sound of cleaning liquid falling, etc. from exiting the tank through the exhaust path 7. During drying, the air blower 6 blows air into the washing tank 1 and the heater 5 heats the tableware 2 to dry the adhering water droplets. The steam thus produced is discharged through an exhaust path 7 to improve drying performance.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Recently, noise reduction has been attracting attention as a demand for household electrical appliances. Due to the nature of the product, dishwashers are often operated after dinner, and there is an increasing demand for lower noise levels. We have already provided a dishwasher that achieves low noise while simultaneously improving drying performance by providing an opening/closing lid in the exhaust path as shown in the conventional example. However, when we analyze the noise produced by conventional dishwashers during washing, we find that noise leaks from the exhaust path, and in order to further reduce noise, it is necessary to take measures against this exhaust path. there were.

The exhaust path 13 includes an exhaust path cover 14 that prevents washing water from scattering during cleaning, an exhaust air cylinder 16 that surrounds an opening/closing lid 16, and a first exhaust port portion 17 that is opened and closed by the opening/closing lid 16.
It is composed of an exhaust port frame 18 and a second exhaust port frame 19 that changes the flow of exhaust gas upward. The opening/closing lid 15 is rotatably supported by an exhaust air cylinder 16 on a rotating shaft 2o, and the exhaust path 13 is closed during cleaning and opened (dotted chain line) during drying to discharge steam out of the tank. The opening/closing lid 15 is composed of a first shielding plate 21 and a second shielding plate 22 so as to cross the exhaust path 13 when closed, and to double close the exhaust path 13, the cleaning tank 1 is closed during cleaning. These shielding plates 21 and 22 are responsible for the collision and falling sounds of washing water that occur inside the room! As a result, the sound leaking from the exhaust port 17 is reduced, and the noise level of the dishwasher is reduced.

In addition, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a sound absorbing material 23 may be filled between the first shielding plate 21 and the second shielding plate 22 of the opening/closing lid 16, or the first shielding plate 21 may be filled with a sound absorbing material 23. By attaching the material 24, the sound that passes through the opening/closing lid 16 can be further reduced. Note that at this time, the sound absorbing material 23 and the sound insulating material 24 are isolated from the exhaust path 13 through the shielding plates 21 and 22, so that they do not come into contact with steam passing through the exhaust path 13 from the cleaning tank 10, and mold and mildew do not occur. etc. can be prevented from occurring. In particular, the sound-absorbing material 23 used has a small air layer, but if this material is exposed to steam or the like, it will contain a large amount of moisture and may cause mold and the like to grow. In the sense of increasing the reliability and hygiene of the sound absorbing material 23 and the sound insulating material 24, the present invention is very effective because the plurality of shielding plates 21 can isolate the sound absorbing material 23 and the sound insulating material 24 from the exhaust path 13.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, when the opening/closing lid closes the exhaust path, the exhaust path can be closed simultaneously by a plurality of shielding plates, so that sound leakage from the exhaust port can be extremely easily and inexpensively closed. This makes it possible to reduce the noise level of the dishwasher. Further, if a sound absorbing material or a sound insulating material is provided on the closing plate of the opening/closing lid, the sound transmitted through the opening/closing lid can be further reduced.
