Abstract

PURPOSE:To rapidly attenuate a displacement due to vibration so as to enhance the reliability of a vibration isolating device in which a flexible resilient joint is disposed between a pair of attaching plates, by disposing permanent magnets between both attaching plates with their same magnetic poles being opposed to each other. CONSTITUTION:A flexible joint 2 formed of rubber or a resilient material in a bellows shape is disposed between a pair of upper and lower attaching plates 1a, 1b which are respectively attached thereto with permanent magnets 4a, 4b by means of a coupling means such as a bond or the like with their same poles being opposed to each other. If the attaching plate 1a displaces relative to the attaching plate 1b so as to decrease the distance between the permanent magnets 4a, 4b, a repulsive force by the same poles of both magnets increases with an inverse proportion to the square of the distance therebetween, that is, the magnetic repulsive force in a direction reverse to the direction of the replacement increases so that the vibration is rapidly damped. Accordingly, in case of using the vibration isolating device in an OA equipment, a measuring equipment or other equipment requiring isolating of vibration, it is possible to obtain a vibration isolating effect which is safe and highly reliable.

One mounting plate 1a is attached to the lower end of equipment ((2) not shown) that requires vibration isolation, such as a machine finger, and the other mounting plate 11) is attached to a part of the housing housing the OA type equipment. For example, when a zero-meter device tries to vibrate due to a force caused by some external disturbance, the viscous fluid 3 in the vibration isolator of the above configuration is attached to the viscous fluid 3, and the resistance force generated by viscosity and the elastic body Due to the resilience of 2, S of 0m equipment! 1aJt - attenuates.

Since the conventional vibration isolator t is configured as described above,
A flammable viscous fluid 3 must be sealed, but if part of the 7 lexiple joint 2, such as Mata rubber, breaks due to deterioration, the viscous fluid will leak out. There were problems such as the door not being able to function properly.

This invention was made to solve the above-mentioned problems. It does not use flammable viscous fluid, and even if a part of the flexible joint is damaged due to deterioration, it can maintain the desired protection function. The purpose is to obtain a highly reliable vibration isolator that will not be damaged.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1st
In the figure, 1a-=1t) G! A pair of upper and lower mounting plates,
2 is a flexible joint made of an elastic material such as rubber, which is disposed between the mounting plates 1a and 1b; 4a and 4b are respectively attached to the mounting plates 1 and 1b by bonding means such as adhesive, and are arranged with the same poles facing each other. It is a permanent magnet.

Next, the operation will be explained. The method of attachment to the 0Aaii device (not shown) is the same as that of the conventional example shown in FIG. - In Figure 1, if the mounting plate 1a is now displaced relative to the mounting plate tb due to vibration and the distance between both magnets 4kJb is reduced, the repulsive force due to the same polarity of both magnets will be opposite to the square of the distance. The magnetic repulsion force in the direction opposite to the direction of displacement increases proportionally, and the vibration is damped in a confusing manner.

In the above embodiments, rubber is used for the flexible joint 2, but bellows-shaped aluminum or the like may also be used. Furthermore, in the above embodiments, the case of vibration isolation for zero-meter equipment has been described, but the present invention may also be applied to measuring instruments or other equipment that requires vibration isolation.
