本発明はスクラッチ可能な印刷物の製法に係り、さらに
詳しくはオフセット印刷のみでこの種の印刷物を製造す

フセット印刷(平版印刷)で紙P上に印刷し、透明ニス
の被覆層14および隠蔽膜12の形成はスクリーン印刷
かグラビア印刷で行っている。情報10の印刷をオフセ
ット印刷で行うのは、これをできるだけ薄く形成するこ
とが望ましいからであり、インキ層厚がオフセット印刷
の5〜10倍となるスクリーン印刷やグラビア印刷は好
ましくない。また、被覆層14をスクリーン印刷または
グラビア印刷で行うのは、この層にスリップ剤が配合さ
れており、これをオフセット印刷で行うとインキ層厚が
薄いためスリップ剤による凹凸ができてしまい、隠蔽膜
12との係合性が高まり、隠蔽膜12をかき取り難くな

た後に、さらに前゛記情報を隠蔽するための隠蔽膜を前

セット印刷で層が薄いにもかかわらず、文字、記号、図
形等の情報を印刷した盛上り部分を十分に被覆でき、ま
た隠蔽膜のかき取りを容易とするために被覆層中に配合
させるスリップ剤が浮き出て隠蔽膜のかき取りが阻害さ

フセット印刷のみで行うことができ、スクラッチ可能な
