Abstract

PURPOSE:To connect a telephone set to a subscriber line in a customer station equipment and to execute the outgoing/incoming call by providing a switching circuit to each subscriber line and switching the connection of the subscriber line to a telephone line circuit by switching the circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a commercial power supply is stopped in the customer station equipment 10 and a total service digital network (ISDN) terminal 11 can not be used, a termination circuit 12 fails to operated normally and a termi nal line circuit 22 in a connecting destination detects out-of-phase. Then, a power supply interruption signal is transmitted to a call control circuit 25. Next, since the call control circuit 25 receives the power supply interruption signal and transmits a switching command to a switching circuit 21, a telephone line circuit 24 is connected to the termination circuit 12. The termination circuit 12 separates the ISDN terminal 11 by the interruption of the commercial power supply and a telephone set 13 is connected to a subscriber line 30. Thus, the telephone set 13 can exchange a call originating signal, selecting signal (dial code) and calling signal directly with the telephone line circuit 24.

Conventionally, in this type of subscriber accommodating switching device, a terminal line circuit was directly connected to an in-home device serving as an accommodating terminal for each subscriber via a subscriber line. Because ISDN terminals, which are applied to ISDN, consume a large amount of current, they cannot be powered by switching equipment and are powered from commercial power sources. In addition, the ISDN CCI is used between the home equipment and the switching equipment.
[Problem to be solved by the invention] As mentioned above, the conventional subscriber accommodating switching equipment is an I SD
It is configured to accommodate in-home equipment with N terminals directly connected via the subscriber line, and is designed to transmit digital signals that comply with the CCITT Recommendation ■ series.
There was a problem in that when a power outage occurred due to commercial power cut to the in-home equipment, digital signals could not be exchanged and the equipment stopped functioning. An object of the present invention is to provide a subscriber accommodating switching device which solves the above-mentioned problems by configuring the switching device to accommodate a telephone in a customer's home equipment via a direct current circuit of the subscriber line. [Means for Solving the Problems] The subscriber accommodating switching device according to the present invention complies with CCITT Recommendation I.
Integrated Service Digital Network (IS) based on the series

A subscriber line 30 is connected to the DN terminal 11, but due to a power outage due to commercial power interruption, the subscriber line 30 is reconnected from the ISDN terminal 11 to the telephone 13 to form a line circuit with the switching device 20. Telephone 13 is a single shell telephone having a telephone circuit and a handset. It may be an in-home device 10 in which an ISDN terminal 11, a termination circuit 12, and a telephone 13 are integrated. Furthermore, the termination circuit 12' may connect a plurality of ISDN terminals 11 to the in-house bus. The switching circuit 21 is provided and connected to each line circuit of the subscriber line 30, and one side is connected to the terminal line circuit 22 and the other side is connected to the telephone line circuit 24, respectively, by means of relay contacts, for example.

Normally, the terminal line circuit 22 is connected to the ISDN terminal 11 via the termination circuit 12 that accommodates the subscriber line 30, and when the call control circuit 25 receives a switching command, the switching relay is driven and the telephone line circuit 24 is Connected to SDN terminal 11. The terminal line circuit 22 is connected to the termination circuit 12 of the home device 10 via the switching circuit 21 and the subscriber line 30, and sends and receives signals based on the layer 1 connection procedure of the ■ series. When the subscriber line 30 is multiplexed, the terminal line circuit 22 is connected to the subscriber line 30 via a demultiplexing circuit (not shown) for each line separated for each terminal. .

Telephone line circuit 24 is connected to termination circuit 12 via switching circuit 21 and subscriber β line 30 when switching circuit 21 receives a switching command from call control circuit 25 . The switching command is detected by the terminal line circuit 22 and sent by the call control circuit 25 when the termination circuit 12 and the terminal line circuit 22 are out of synchronization due to digital signal exchange. In the case of switching, if the terminal line 2812 connects the subscriber line 30 to the telephone set 13, the telephone set 13 and the telephone line circuit 24 can directly exchange signals. This signal is an intermittent direct current or/and audio frequency signal, or a signal at an audio frequency.

The call control circuit 25 mainly executes the ISDN layer 2 connection procedure and the connection control of the exchange switch 23 to process the call. Further, when the terminal line circuit 22 receives a power-off signal, the call control circuit 25 sends a switching command to the switching circuit 21. Therefore, when the commercial power supply to the in-home device 10 is interrupted and the ISDN terminal 11 cannot be used, the termination circuit 12 cannot operate normally, and the connected terminal line circuit 22 detects the loss of synchronization and transmits the power-off signal to the call control circuit. Call on the 25th. Next, the call control circuit 25 receives the power-off signal and issues a switching command to the switching circuit 21, so that the telephone line circuit 24 is connected to the termination circuit 12, and the termination circuit 12 connects the ISDN terminal 11 when the commercial power is disconnected. When the telephone set 13 is disconnected and connected to the subscriber line 30, the telephone set 13 directly connects the telephone line circuit 24 with a calling signal,
Can send and receive selection signals (dial codes) and calling signals. The telephone 13 may be connected to a jack only when in use.

In this embodiment, the subscriber line is illustrated as being formed for each line circuit formed by two basic (B) channels (64 Kbps) and one data (D> channel (16 Kbps)) according to the basic connection of ISDN. As explained above, if the subscriber line transmission path is multiplexed and connected to a switching device, it can be applied after the line is separated, and if the power supplies for the subscriber line multiplexing and demultiplexing device and the in-house equipment are separate. , the effect of this embodiment can be realized. When the commercial power supply is restored at the home device, the telephone transmits a special number to the telephone line circuit, and the call control circuit restores the switching circuit. This procedure is performed when the commercial power supply is restored. When the service is restored, the termination circuit detects it and automatically makes a call and dials the call, allowing for automatic recovery. Also,
The restoration procedure can also be proceeded by determining a power restoration signal in advance and transmitting it from the termination circuit to the telephone line circuit.

Although the telephone line circuit has been described as being provided for each subscriber line circuit, it may be economical to connect and deploy one telephone line circuit in common to a plurality of line circuits as shown. In this case, only one of the multiple connected lines is switched to become a valid connection.
