[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to an oil gasification burner, and when re-liquefied oil is regasified using a heater, the heater is effective by concentrating the re-liquefied oil in one place. The purpose of this is to make the device work faster and reduce power consumption.

Conventionally, when a heater is simply attached to the bottom of the burner outer cylinder as in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 56-107117, the reliquefied oil spreads over a wide area, and in order to evaporate most of it, it is necessary to make the heater mounting surface larger. However, the disadvantage was that the amount of heat generated by the heater had to be increased to prevent evaporation through heat transfer.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and will be explained below along with an embodiment shown in the drawings. 1st
In the figures, 1 is a burner outer cylinder, 2 is a burner inner cylinder having a flame hole 3 on the upper surface, and these form a gas passage 4. Reference numeral 5 denotes a rotating shaft inserted through the center of the gas passage 4, and a hollow cylindrical vaporizing cylinder 6 is supported at its tip with a gap 7 between it and the upper surface of the inner cylinder 2. 8 is the vaporizing cylinder 6 from below the burner outer cylinder 1.
It is a blower pipe that supplies air inside. 11 is inner cylinder 2
This is a gas introduction cylinder that is inserted into the vaporization cylinder 6 at the center and communicates between the inside of the vaporization cylinder 6 and the gas passage 4 .

Reference numeral 9 denotes an oil feed pipe that opens on the inner surface of the top of the vaporizer cylinder 6. At both ends of the bottom of the burner outer cylinder 1, a recess 10 is formed on the gas passage 4 side by step stamping, and the recess 10
Ribs 12 serving as substantially V-shaped guide members are provided on both sides of the gas introduction tube 11 and widening toward the gas introduction tube 11 . 13 is an electric heater installed on the back surface of the recess 10.

Next, the effect will be explained. When the rotary shaft 5 is rotated, the oil supplied from the oil feed pipe 9 to the inner surface of the vaporization cylinder 6 is scattered through the gap 7, and is ignited to form live combustion. The oil is vaporized by heating the vaporization cylinder 6 by raw combustion heat, and is guided to the gas passage 4 through the gas introduction cylinder 11 while being mixed with air supplied from the blow pipe 8 . Then, it is ejected from the flame hole 3 to form premixed vaporized combustion. Thereafter, the vaporization cylinder 8 is heated by the heat of vaporization combustion, and vaporization continues. However, during cold seasons, the temperature of each part of the burner is low, and the vaporized oil re-liquefies. The shaded area in the reliquefied oil diagram is mainly around the blow pipe 8 and the gas introduction pipe 11.
It is generated within the burner outer cylinder 1 and moves to both ends of the burner outer cylinder 1 by the flow of the premixture (or the flow of air). When the temperature at both ends of the burner outer cylinder 1 is sufficiently high, the oil evaporates there, but when it is low, the oil remains accumulated over a wide area (Fig. 3).

When the burner outer cylinder 1 is pressed in steps as in the present invention,
The reliquefied oil falls there. At that time, if the angle of the rib 12 is determined so that it has a certain angle α in the direction perpendicular to the air flow and the rib 12, the recess 1
A component force is generated in the 0 direction, and the oil inside the rib is pushed into the recess 10.
being pushed towards Then, it is heated by the electric heater 13 installed on the back surface of the recess 10, and is gasified and combusted again.

As described above, the present invention has a concave part and a roughly V-shaped guide member that spreads around the concave part at the bottom of the burner outer cylinder where the reliquefied oil collects, so that the reliquefied oil is collected in one place using wind pressure. Since the electric heater is installed on the back side of the recess where the oil concentrates, the heat from the heater can be effectively transferred to the oil, and a small-capacity heater with low power consumption can be used. be. Furthermore, since the heater is small, there is plenty of room for mounting it, and ease of assembly is improved.
