【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) この考案は、バタフライ弁の本体内周面と円板

向(A1部分)よりも変形量が大きいため、弁軸
回転接線力が弁棒方向から弁翼方向に向かつて増
大し、弁翼方向で最大となる。この結果、第7図
に示すように、コイルスプリングのバネ常数がそ
の全周に亙つて一定である場合には、弁翼方向
A7においてバルブの閉止トルク(荷重)が最大
となり、弁体の閉止操作に支障を生ずる問題点が
あつた。

して減少させるようにしたことを特徴とする。

これにより、第8図に示すように、弁体の変形量
が弁棒方向から弁翼方向に増大しても弁の閉止ト
ルク(荷重)は一定とすることが出来たのであ
る。
