【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、建具の竪框における切欠部補強装置
に関する。

う問題があつた。なお、実開昭56−22289号に示
された補強構造では、十分に広い面状のフラツシ
ユドアの表板と裏板の側端縁を補強する技術が開
示されているが、(幅の比較的小さい)中空管状
の框等の金属型材に切欠れた錠取付用の細長矩形
状切欠部を、有効に補強する技術は、従来、全く
知られていなかつた。

目的とし、その特徴とする処は、中空型材の対向
する平行な2面部に、錠取付用の細長矩形状切欠
部を長手方向に貫設すると共に、該矩形状切欠部
の短辺側において上記2面部の間に僅かに圧入気
味に挿嵌されるテーパ部付き挿入部と、上記矩形
状切欠部の短辺寸法と同等乃至僅かに小さい横幅
及び上記2面部の外法寸法と同等乃至僅かに小さ
い縦幅の短辺開口部施蓋フランジ部とを、一体に
有する補強材を、上記矩形状切欠部の短辺側開口
部へ挿嵌した点にある。

に、板片状の中間面部14をもつて短辺開口部施
蓋フランジ部22とされる。該挿入片15の縦幅
fは、両面部4,5の外法寸法Eよりも小さい
が、内法寸法Fよりも大き目に設定し、もつて矢
印M,M方向にやや圧入気味に挿嵌される。ま
た、この挿入片15は、第4図に於ける上辺と下
辺に、先端テーパ部16を形成して、該挿嵌を容
易化する。さらに、同図の上辺と下辺の付根側、
即ち中間面部14との折曲部には、小凹所17を
切欠形成し、第3図のように中間面部14が切欠
部10短辺に当接するまで、十分に挿入可能とす
る。かつ、上記テーパ部16と凹所17を残した
上辺と下辺の平行残部18,18の長さhを十分
に残しておくことにより、ネジ12,12にて挾
持板11,11を強く締着したときに、面部4,
5の平行残部18との当接部位の凸隆変形を有効
防止しておく。
