ことが出来ないためパネルにガタ、振動を生ずる
こととなり、このことは前記したパネルのガタ、
振動防止の点から逆効果となるものであつた。そ
こでスライドシユーを単純な形状で、ほとんど弾
性のない強固すなわち剛性な形状に構成したもの
が考えられたが、しかしこのスライドシユーは、
ガイドレール内を摺動する際の摺動面積が広いた
め摺動抵抗が大きく、ガイドレール内を円滑に摺
動することが難しいため、この結果、負荷による
駆動ケーブルの破断、又は駆動装置のトルク不足
等により、パネルの開閉が困難となり、更に該パ
ネルを開閉するには、駆動ケーブルの強化の必
要、又駆動装置がモーターであればトルクの増
大、手動であればパネルの開閉操作が重くなる等
の不具合があつた。このため前記スライドシユー
とガイドレールとの摺動面にグリス等の潤滑剤を
塗布するなどして摺動抵抗の低減を図つていた
が、長期の使用においては潤滑剤がなくなり、潤
滑機能がなくなるばかりでなく、実際には、ガイ
ドレール内をスライドシユーが摺動する際、この
スライドシユーが摺動面に塗布した潤滑剤を押し
散らすこととなつて、この潤滑剤が摺動面から皆
無な状態となり、摺動抵抗低減の役割が果たされ
