数箇所において偏平長軸方向に曲げ加工を施して
形成した偏平蛇管を、該偏平蛇管の偏平長辺部を
介して冷却板に接合したことを特徴とするヒート
シンク。 (2) 前記偏平蛇管の断面における短辺と長辺の
長さの比が0.5〜0.25であり、前記偏平長
軸方向の最小曲げ半径が長辺の長さの1.5〜2
倍以上であること特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒ
