Conventionally, skis with a multi-layer structure, especially the adhesion between multiple layers made of different materials, are equipped with a cushioning material layer made of a cushioning material such as a soft sheet to prevent the adhesive strength from decreasing due to mutual displacement between the different materials. By doing so, the strength was maintained. And the buffer material is

Conventionally, a rubber sheet made of a single rubber such as NBR or SBR has been used as a typical sheet layer for these purposes. These rubber sheets are vulcanized, and in order to increase their affinity with adhesives such as epoxy resins, it is necessary to chemically treat the sheet surface with concentrated sulfuric acid or the like using a cycle weld method. However, the surface of the rubber sheet that has been treated with chemicals has the disadvantage of being susceptible to so-called cracks.
As a result, it is not only difficult to handle and look unsightly, but also because the purpose of cushioning material is to withstand repeated bending movements between the bonded layers, and the thickness is usually limited to 0.3 mm or less, so surface treatment is required. Due to the effects of aging due to repeated movements and cracks caused by this, the strength decreased and it had drawbacks such as being easy to break.

This invention is based on a ski that has a sheet layer consisting of a rubber layer provided between the material layers of a ski with a multi-layer structure, with a thickness of approximately 0.15 mm in the middle of the rubber layer.
A sheet consisting of a cloth-like material with an extremely thin thickness of about 50 μm, and a rubber surface layer with an ultra-thin thickness of about 50 μm that has affinity with adhesives by oxidation treatment etc. on both the upper and lower surfaces of the rubber layer. It is an object of the present invention to eliminate the above-mentioned problems by providing a ski characterized in that a layer is provided between the material layers constituting the ski and the material layers are bonded together.

An embodiment of this invention will be explained below with reference to Fig. 1 showing the side view, Fig. 2 showing the back side of the same, Fig. 3 showing the AA cross section of Fig. 2, and Fig. 4 showing a partially enlarged view of Fig. 3. . 1 is the ski body. The ski body 1 is made up of a surface material 2, reinforcing materials 3a, 3b, core material 4, reinforcing materials 3c, 3d, and a sliding surface material 5, which are laminated in order from the front side to the back side. 6
Steel edges 7 are fixed to both sides of the sliding surface material 5. In this embodiment, the four layers of core material consist of a plurality of core materials stacked laterally. Each layer of the ski body is glued together with an adhesive such as epoxy resin. A sheet layer 8 is formed between the reinforcing material layers, between the reinforcing material and the core material, and between the core material layers, and is bonded to each layer with an adhesive.

The base of the sheet layer 8 is made of a cloth-like material 9 such as ultra-thin cotton cloth with a standard thickness of about 0.15 mm, synthetic fiber cloth made from glass fiber, etc., other woven cloth, non-woven cloth, etc. In this embodiment, Consists of non-woven fabric made from polyester fibers. In this embodiment, the sheet layer 8 is a layer in which rubber material 10 such as synthetic rubber main chain chemical composition RU is filled in between the fibers of the cloth-like body 9 and on the surface of the cloth-like body 9 and permeated throughout. A rubber material with a thickness of about 50 μm is applied to the surface, and the surface is oxidized with acid or the like to improve wetting with the adhesive, thereby forming the rubber surface layer 11. One method of oxidation treatment is the chlorination method described below, but other chemicals are also effective.

Water 100 (parts by volume) 5.25% Sodium hypochlorite 3.0 (parts by volume) 37% Hydrochloric acid 0.5 (parts by volume) Layer 8 is treated with chemicals to improve the surface wetness and improve the affinity with the adhesive. Since the surface treatment remains on the surface of the cloth, it is possible to minimize the decrease in strength of the base cloth. The sheet layer 8 may have the same thickness over the entire surface, but only the snow-contacting parts such as the ski shoulder a and the ski heel part b may be formed thickly as a plurality of layers, and the other parts may be formed as a single layer. In that case, attenuation adjustment becomes possible.

Therefore, in this invention, the layers of the ski are fixed through a sheet layer that has fibers in the center and has rubber between the fibers and on the surface, so cracks may occur in the sheet layer or damage to the single rubber layer. There is no deformation that can be seen, and the strength of the ski is reduced.
No deformation occurs. In addition, the effect of chemical treatment to increase the affinity of the sheet layer with the adhesive is
Since the surface remains rubbery, the strength of the sheet layer is prevented from decreasing. Furthermore, by dyeing the base cloth, it is possible to color the sides of the ski or the running surface.
