(Prior Art) A conventional mask of this type is constructed as shown in FIG. 1 is the facepiece, 2 is the eye glass, 3
4 is an absorption canister, 4 is a septum that covers only the nose and mouth, and 5 is an intake valve of the septum 4, which is provided at a position facing each eye glass 2.
Reference numeral 6 denotes an intake pipe through which the intake air introduced through the absorption canister 3 is discharged at the lower part of both eye glasses in the mask.

By the way, the purpose of the barrier 4 is to reduce the volume of the area where fresh air and exhaled breath are mixed, the so-called dead volume, and to prevent the glass of the eyes from fogging up due to the breath breath. The clouding of the eye glass is caused by exhalation and sweating, but to prevent fogging due to exhalation, the eye glass 2 is isolated by a barrier 4. On the other hand, in order to prevent fogging due to sweating, the introduced air is first guided to the lower part of the eye glass 2 through the intake pipe 6, and then exhaled there.
I am trying to enter the barrier 4 through the gate.

With this configuration, even if the person sweats, the sweat will be carried away by the intake air flowing from the eye glass 2 toward the intake valve 5, and even if the eye glass becomes foggy, it will be cleared by the intake air. That will happen.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, as mentioned above, due to the structure in which the intake pipe 6 for guiding intake air to the eye glass 2 is arranged between the face piece and the partition 4, , the distance between the eye glass 2 and the wearer's eyes is 20 to 25 mm. As a result, the field of view is narrowed and the wearer's actions are restricted. In particular, when using binoculars outdoors while wearing a full-face mask, the inclination of the eyeglasses 2 and the wide distance between the eyeglasses and the eyes may result in poor viewing, rendering the binoculars useless. Additionally, when operating machinery while wearing a full-face mask, the restricted visibility slows down operations, which is inconvenient.

However, in the conventionally configured mask described above, the following problem occurs when the eyeglasses are simply brought closer to the wearer's face. That is, the intake pipe 6
is compressed and ventilation resistance increases, making it difficult to breathe. At the same time, fresh air flows into the intake valve 5 and directly into the barrier 4 without sufficiently covering the eyeglass, causing the eyeglass 2 to fog up. Become.

The present invention was made to solve the problems of the prior art described above, and it widens the field of view by placing the eyeglasses parallel to the wearer's eyes and as close as possible to the wearer's eyes. To provide a full-face mask that secures a necessary and sufficient amount of intake air and prevents the eye glasses from fogging due to the flow of the intake air.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the full-face mask of the present invention brings the eye glass close to almost parallel to the wearer's eyes, and also positions the intake valve of the septum at the center of the septum in the left and right direction. Place one piece on the top part away from the eye glass,
In addition, from the intake valve that introduces external air into the mask through the absorption canister, it passes between the inner surface of the facepiece corresponding to the wearer's cheeks and the outer surface of the septum, and then enters the outer corner of the eyeglass. The configuration includes a pair of left and right air passages leading to the air passages.

(Function) Conventionally, the distance between the eyeglasses and the wearer's eyes was 20 to 25 mm, but with this configuration, the eye glasses can be brought closer to the wearer's eyes, approximately parallel to them and within 15 mm, improving the field of view. It becomes wider and allows binocular eyepieces. In addition, the intake air introduced from the outside into the mask via the absorption can flows from the intake valve through the air passage to the outer corner of the eyeglass, and then flows through the eyeglass to the intake valve in the diaphragm. While ensuring sufficient air intake, it also prevents the eye glass from fogging up.

(Example) Hereinafter, an example will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Fig. 2 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which 10 is a human head and 11 is a face piece, which is flexible.
For example, it is made of rubber. Eyeglasses 12 are fitted at the positions of the wearer's eyes. 13
This is an absorption canister that contains filter media and absorbents such as activated carbon, which adsorbs and collects harmful substances contained in the intake air that passes through it. Reference numeral 14 denotes an intake valve through which intake air that has passed through the absorption canister 13 is introduced into the mask. 1
Reference numeral 5 indicates a barrier provided in the mask, and 16 indicates an intake valve of the barrier 15, one of which is provided at the upper center of the barrier 15 in the left-right direction and at a position away from the eyeglass 12. Reference numeral 17 indicates an exhaust valve, and reference numeral 18 indicates a face-contacting part that is provided on the peripheral edge of the mask and that goes around the periphery of the face in a band-like manner.

What should be noted here is that in order to guide the intake air introduced into the mask through the absorption canister 13 to the eyeglasses 12, the air is passed through the intake valve 14 to the wearer's cheek area as shown in FIG. The eye glass 1 is inserted between the inner surface of the facepiece 11 and the outer surface of the barrier 15 in the corresponding part.
A pair of left and right air passages 19 are provided that reach the outer corners of the eyes. The inner surface of the facepiece 11 and the outer surface of the partition 15 have their hatched portions in contact with each other, and the portions corresponding to the air passages are spaced apart by several millimeters.

Therefore, as shown by the arrow, the intake air is first guided to the outer corner of the eyeglass 12 through the absorption canister 13, the intake valve 14, and the air passage 19, and reaches the glabella area so as to cover the eyeglass 12. The air then flows along the nasal bridge of the mask to the intake valve 16 of the septum 15. Inhaled air that has passed through the intake valve 16 is used for breathing, and exhaled air is directly exhausted to the outside via the exhaust valve 17.

In this way, an air passageway is provided between the inner surface of the face piece 11 corresponding to the wearer's cheek and the outer surface of the septum 15, which guides a sufficient amount of air for breathing without resistance. 12 can be brought approximately parallel to the wearer's eyes and as close as possible, and as a result, as shown in FIG. 4, the distance between the eye 21 and the eye glass 12 can be reduced to 14 mm. In the conventional example, the eye glass 2 is about 25 mm away from the eye 21 and tilted, making it impossible to view the binoculars 22. However, in the case of this embodiment, the eye glass 12 is brought closer to the eye, so the field of view is inevitably reduced. Compared to the conventional example shown in FIG. 5a, the field of view is expanded by 4 degrees horizontally and 16 degrees vertically as shown in FIG. It has also become easier to implement.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above, according to the invention, the eyeglass can be brought close to parallel to the wearer's eyes, so the field of view is widened, the binoculars can be easily viewed, and various machines can be used. It's also easier to operate. In addition, in place of the conventional intake pipe, an air passage has been installed in the area corresponding to the wearer's cheek, so ventilation resistance does not increase even when the eyeglasses are brought close, ensuring a sufficient amount of intake air necessary for breathing. Moreover, since the intake air passes through the eye glass portion and then flows to the intake valve of the septum, it is possible to eliminate fogging of the eye glass due to perspiration.
