に形成されたオリフイスと協働し、インナプラン
ジヤの底壁とプランジヤとの間に構成された高圧

れにくい。このため気泡がチエツク弁を通つて高
圧室に入り込みやすく、正常な弁間隙調整機能が

排出し、高圧室への空気の吸込みを低減しうる効
