ガスを収容するためのタンクを有する脱着経路と
を備え、前記供給経路は、吸着処理すべき原料ガ
スおよび前記タンク内に収容されている易吸着成
分ガスのいづれか一方を選択して前記ブロワの吸
込側に供給する切換弁と、前記ブロワの排出側か
らのガスを前記吸着塔のいづれか一方に供給する
ためのバルブとを備えていることを特徴とするガ
スの吸着分離装置。
