Claims (1)
料ガスまたは掃除ガスを供給するための供給経路
と、前記各吸着塔の前記第1の端部とは反対側の
第2の端部から前記吸着塔内で吸着されなかつた
難吸着成分ガスを排出するための排出経路と、前
記第1の端部から前記各吸着塔内に吸着されてい
る易吸着成分ガスを減圧吸引によつて脱着するた
めの真空ポンプおよびこの脱着された易吸着成分
ガスを収容するためのタンクを有する脱着経路と
を備え、前記供給経路は、吸着処理すべき原料ガ
スおよび前記タンク内に収容されている易吸着成
分ガスのいづれか一方を選択して前記ブロワの吸
込側に供給する切換弁と、前記ブロワの排出側か
らのガスを前記吸着塔のいづれか一方に供給する
ためのバルブとを備えていることを特徴とするガ
