、接着剤塗布工程を省略する事による工数低減、製作費
の低廉化と、透孔周囲のシール性保、持を図るシールリ
ングの脱落防止によるシリンダヘッドガスケットの不良
品発生を防止出来、製品の歩留り向上を図り、シールリ
ングが脱落したシリンダヘッドガスケットを知らずに使
用して、冷却水や潤滑油の溜洩を生じ、エンジンを故障
させる様な危険もなくす事が出来る。

Claims (1)

板の両面にシール材を設け、透孔の内側に装着されたシ
ールリングとから成るシリンダヘッドガスケットに於い
て、上記シールリングを構成する金属製の基板の外周縁
部の複数個所に、それぞれが対となる第一、第二の舌片
により構成される係止部を設け、各係止部を構成する第
一の舌片と第二の舌片とにより上記透孔の内周縁部を挟
持する事で、シールリングを透孔の内側に支持固定した
事を特徴とする、シリンダヘッドガスケット。
