In recent years, foamed plastic molded products have been converted into reinforced concrete, precast concrete, or ALC.
A method of finishing the floor by laying it as a subfloor material on the floor of a concrete building such as a board is becoming popular. Figure 1 shows an example of this, in which mortar dumplings 1, which are formed into dumplings with a diameter of about 10 cm by mixing cement and sand at a volume ratio of approximately 1:3, are placed on a concrete slab 2 at required intervals. Then, a foamed polystyrene flooring molded product 3, which is a foamed plastic molded product, is placed on top of it and fixed with an ethylene vinyl acetate adhesive 4, and a floor finishing material 5 such as plywood or decorative plywood is nailed with floor nails. methods have been taken. However, although this method is suitable for adjusting the level of the concrete slab 2 because the difference in height that can be adjusted is large, it often depends on the individual skill of the craftsman, and the mortar dango The sound insulation effect was difficult because the receiving area was small or not in the specified position, causing a large amount of distortion and sagging in the ground. As a method to solve this problem, a polymer cement mortar made by mixing vinyl acetate resin into the mortar to improve its spreadability is applied over the entire surface of the concrete slab 2 as shown in Figures 2 and 3, and then streaked with a comb 6. When the striped polymer cement mortar 7 with uneven stripes is used, the upper surface of the concrete slab 2 is covered with mortar, and the subfloor molded product 3, the striped resin mortar 7, and the concrete slab 2 are integrated. As a result, the sound insulation effect of floor impact noise to the downstairs area has been improved. However, this method is less dependent on the individual skill of the craftsman because it creates a nearly constant base by using the comb 6, but if there are large unevennesses in the concrete slab 2, the difference in height that can be adjusted is small. Therefore, the method cannot be fully adjusted, and it also has the disadvantage that the amount of materials used is larger than that of the mortar dumpling method.

This invention was made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and is a foamed plastic that has an excellent effect of insulating floor impact noise to the lower floors, and also enables adjustment of unevenness even if there is a large unevenness in the concrete slab 2, and has high construction efficiency. The purpose is to provide a method for laying molded products on concrete floors.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. 4 and 5 are a front sectional view and a side sectional view of the construction method of the present invention. First, an adhesive primer of about 50 grams per square meter is applied or sprinkled on the concrete slab 2.

Next, as shown in the perspective explanatory view of one embodiment in FIG. 6, the polymer cement mortar mixed at the construction site is placed flat on the concrete slab 2, and the bottom thickness t is maintained at a predetermined thickness. The comb 6a combs in the A direction, and then the comb 6b combs in the B direction concave stripes that intersect at right angles to the uneven stripes formed by the above combing, thereby creating a double stripe shape. A resin mortar 8 is formed. FIG. 7a is a side view of another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7b is a perspective explanatory view of the same, but this method uses a V-shaped plate instead of the comb 6b in the above embodiment (FIG. 6). The double-stripe resin mortar 9 is formed by pressing down the resin mortar 6c from above in the C direction to form concave streaks. The polymer cement mortar is a mixture of cement and fine aggregate mixed with water and vinyl acetate resin.

In the explanation of the above embodiment, the case where the two stripes are perpendicular to each other has been explained, but the two stripes may intersect at an angle other than right angles, and the strips can be constructed in two or more strips, for example, three strips. It is also possible to do so.

Next, the protrusions of the double-stripe polymer cement mortar 8 or 9 and the base molded product 3 constructed as described above.
(Fig. 4) Apply primer to the rib surface on the back side,
The floor base molded product 3 is laid on the two-striped polymer cement mortar, and the entire surface of the floor base molded product is crimped while being leveled along the level adjustment threads provided in advance. After completing the laying of the floor molding 3 and curing for 24 hours in summer and 48 hours in winter, floor finishing material 5 such as veneer plywood or decorative plywood is applied to the upper surface with nails (floor nails) to form the floor base. Stop it on the Neda tree 3a buried in item 3.

Since the present invention is constructed in this way, a nearly uniform base can be created by using a comb, a V-shaped board, etc., without being influenced by the individual skill of the craftsman, and it is possible to create dumplings more easily than with mortar dumplings. make or
Since the trouble of determining the position of the dumplings can be saved, the efficiency of execution can be improved. Moreover, the parts that come into contact with the foamed plastic molded product are linear in the case of streaky polymer cement mortar, but in the method of the present invention, they are made up of many protrusions just like in the case of mortar balls, so there is a large difference in height on the floor surface of the concrete slab. However, it is possible to adjust the unevenness to the same extent as with mortar balls. Furthermore, since the plastic molded product, double-stripe resin mortar, and concrete slab are integrated, the sound insulation effect of floor impact noise to the lower floors has been improved to the same level as the construction method using striated polymer cement mortar. The effect is great.
