れてなるネジ筒１９の基端外周縁に係止鍔２０を
周設したナツト部材３を、前記透孔１４及びネジ
案内溝１２にねじ込み、該ナツト部材２の係止鍔
２０を二重壁部９の外面９ａと当接させたことを
