DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention is a dental treatment facility, and more specifically, in order to make maximum use of diagnostic information in treatment, a new diagnostic area separate from the treatment area, which was not equipped with this area in the past, has been established. The diagnosis area and the treatment area including the area are equipped with information input/output devices and display devices for each set, and these devices are connected in series,
The aim is to immediately and freely input and output information in each area and exchange information between areas, and in particular, to quickly and easily display and confirm diagnostic information in treatment areas, thereby establishing an appropriate treatment system. This article concerns a new dental treatment system. In the preferred embodiment, information is automatically entered into the memory immediately after use of the area and the unique mechanical equipment to be provided in the treatment area.

In conventional medical treatment systems, diagnosis was generally performed concurrently in the treatment area, so diagnostic information was written in the medical record each time in the treatment area, so there was no time difference between diagnosis and treatment. Not only does it take time and the treatment cycle is long and irrational, but it is also impossible to get a glimpse of the diagnostic information in the medical record during treatment, and in particular, highly accurate diagnostic data is required immediately, such as in root canal treatment. In this case, it was virtually impossible to look at the patient's medical record while undergoing treatment.
In addition, it goes without saying that when it is necessary to immediately refer to information on areas other than the treatment area that is not included in the medical record or is insufficient even if it is present, the conventional medical record system cannot meet that request.

As is clear from the figure, the medical treatment system of the present invention includes a reception area 1, a diagnosis area 2, and a treatment area 3. Among these, reception area 1 includes patient visit information,
That is, information such as name, age, gender, address, past illness, etc. is stored administratively, and in the diagnosis area 2, diagnostic information using various diagnostic instruments 23... is stored, and in the treatment area 3, various therapeutic instruments 33... are used. In particular, in the diagnosis area 2, diagnostic measurements as wide as possible can be carried out independently of the treatment. In order to enable input/output and display of each of the above information in each area and to enable instant information exchange between areas, the first
As shown in the diagram, each area 1, 2, and 3 has one input/output device.
1, 21, 31 as keyboard, display device 1
CRTs and/or printers are provided as 2, 22, and 32, and these are connected in series by one information transmission cable 4. The reception area 1 is provided with a main memory 13 capable of storing information of each area 1, 2, and 3 in a joint manner.
Further, the information obtained through the use of various diagnostic instruments 23..., treatment instruments 33... in the diagnosis area 2 and treatment area 3 is desirably automatically transmitted to the input/output devices 21, 31, display devices 22, Appropriate electronic devices (not shown) connect the instruments 23..., 33 and the input/output devices 21, 3 so that input can be made to the main memory 13 via the
It is interposed between 1 and 1. Although this is desired to reduce the information writing effort of the diagnostic or treatment operator, it is not required.
Specific information input/output, display, and storage in the diagnosis area 2 will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 2, and this is done in the treatment area 3 in exactly the same manner.
At the start of diagnosis, when the start SW is pressed and the diagnostic instrument 23a is pulled out from the holder (not shown), the selection SWa is activated to operate a diagnostic circuit (not shown) unique to the diagnostic instrument 23a. Diagnostic instrument 23
While continuing necessary diagnostic measurements under the operation of step a, measurement information obtained by operating the foot SW is inputted into the auxiliary memory 24 moment by moment. When the measurement is ended by pressing the stop switch, the information in the auxiliary memory 24 is automatically transmitted to the main memory 13. The auxiliary memory 24 loses stored information due to power down, but the main memory 13 is of a storage type such as a floppy disk, so the information is saved. The operating state when using the diagnostic instrument 23b is also the same as above. In this way, within the diagnosis area 2, measurement information is stored in the main memory 13 every time various diagnoses are completed. Therefore,
If the user taps the output device 21 in the diagnostic area 2, the measurement information will be displayed on the display device 22. This measurement information is displayed in the same way by operating the output device 31 of the treatment area 3. Inputting and storing information using the various treatment devices 33 in the treatment area 3 is also the same as described above. The same applies to reception area 1, but here the artificial (reception staff)
Information is input.

In this way, according to the mechanism of the present invention, information obtained in other areas can be exchanged and checked from any of the three areas 1, 2, and 3. Of course, the information on areas 2 and 3 may be input manually. Further, the relationship between the holder and the selection switch as an automatic information input system in the illustrated diagnostic area 2 is merely an example, and it goes without saying that many substitutions, additions, and changes are possible.

As mentioned above, in the treatment area 3, the ability to work while reading essential diagnostic information on the display device 32 placed close to the operator prior to treatment is much more efficient than using the medical chart method. Efficient and immediate. Of course, as long as information other than the minimum necessary for the treatment (indirect information) is measured and memorized in advance, it will be effective in increasing the accuracy and effectiveness of the treatment. In conventional treatment, it is customary to obtain only the most essential diagnostic information in the treatment area prior to treatment, so the treatment area is equipped with many diagnostic instruments and the necessary beds and related equipment. However, because it was a medical record system and there was a tendency to place independence in treatment and subordinate diagnosis, there was a tendency to not necessarily provide sufficient diagnostic measurement information, and furthermore, there was a lack of reference to related information. According to the mechanism of the present invention, due to the above-described function, a large amount of diagnostic information that has already been measured can be immediately referred to as an image during treatment, so that appropriate treatment with high treatment accuracy is possible. Since similar treatment information can be immediately referenced in the diagnosis area and reception area, comprehensive diagnostic decisions can be made, which is of great benefit to both doctors and patients.

In addition, in the description, if such equipment is desirable and necessary, some diagnostic equipment may be provided within the treatment area to perform diagnosis prior to treatment.
Furthermore, since information is stored in the main memory, it is also possible to completely eliminate medical records.
