Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the lightweight floor shock sound cutoff performance by irregularly entangling natural fibers or synthetic fibers with a latex binder to form a damping material, sticking it on the rear face of a finishing material, and forming a floor material with a relatively hard material. CONSTITUTION:Natural fibers or synthetic fibers are irregularly entangled by a latex binder made of natural rubber or synthetic rubber to form a damping material 1. The damping material 1 is stuck on the rear face of the finishing material 2 of a floor material made of relatively hard wood, resin, or gypsum, and the finishing material 2 is formed into a square shape with the preset specification. The damping material 1 can hold necessary elasticity, and the deformation recovery characteristic and lightweight floor shock sound cutoff performance against the shock repetition load can be improved.

In recent years, in reinforced concrete housing complexes such as apartments and condominiums, there has been a tendency for wood-based flooring materials to be preferred over carpets. Reasons for this include asthma, dust mites, and difficulty in cleaning, but because floor heights are restricted, direct installation methods with a lower finished height have become mainstream, instead of conventional construction using rolling joists. If wood-based flooring is pasted directly onto a concrete slab, there is a problem that when the flooring receives a direct impact, vibrations will be transmitted through the flooring to the concrete slab of the building, and this will be transmitted to the downstairs floor, so it is not recommended for soundproofing. There wasn't.

Therefore, a cushioning material made of nonwoven fabric made of polymeric foam, synthetic sacrificial fiber, needle punch carpet, etc. is pasted on the back side of the wood-based flooring material that is applied directly to the concrete slab, and this cushioning material is applied to the concrete slab. A paste-on version was developed.

Therefore, this invention prevents thickness reduction due to repeated loads such as walking, improves thickness recovery after long-term installation of heavy items such as furniture, and furthermore provides an underfloor structure with excellent impact noise isolation performance for lightweight floors. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION To provide a cushioning material and a flooring material for ground. [Means for solving the problem] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a method of irregularly forming natural fibers or synthetic fibers with a latex binder. It is intertwined to form a cushioning material for flooring. In addition, a cushioning material for the floor base made by irregularly entwining natural fibers or synthetic fibers with a latex binder is attached to the back side of the finishing material, which is made of a relatively hard material and is formed into a rectangular shape according to a predetermined standard. It is a flooring material.

In this invention, since natural fibers or synthetic fibers are bonded with a latex binder, the cushioning material can maintain the required elasticity. If such a cushioning material is attached to the back side of the finishing material and integrated, it is possible to easily create a lightweight floor structure with excellent impact sound insulation performance by directly attaching the flooring material to a concrete slab, etc. It can be constructed.

FIG. 2 shows a flooring cushioning material 1 shown in FIG. 1 attached to the back side of a finishing material 2 made of relatively hard wood, resin, or gypsum. The finishing material 2 is formed into a rectangular shape according to a predetermined standard.

For example, if the cushioning material 1 of the floor material shown in Fig. 2 is formed by irregularly intertwining vegetable fibers with a latex binder, it will not have the same thickness recovery characteristics against collapse as when using an olefin foam with a high expansion ratio. There are no bad inconveniences. Latex binder weight ratio is 15-6
0% is desirable, and the specific gravity of the molded cushioning material 1 is 0.05.
~0°3, and the thickness is preferably about 4 to 20 degrees. If the latex binder is less than 15% by weight, it is difficult to bond the fibers together, and if it exceeds 60% by weight, the binder will harden on the surface of the cushioning material 1, causing a problem that it will not be uniform. Here, the weight ratio of the latex binder refers to the ratio of the weight of the latex binder to the total weight of the cushioning material 1. If the specific gravity of the cushioning material 1 is less than 0.05, the cushioning material 1 itself will collapse before sagging or the like becomes a problem. Moreover, if the specific gravity exceeds 0.3, there will not be much air layer (space) left inside, which will adversely affect the sound insulation performance.

The flooring material shown in FIG. 3 is obtained by pasting a damping material 3 on the top surface of the finishing material 2 of the flooring material shown in FIG. 2, and pasting a surface material 4 such as plywood on the top surface of this damping material 3. shows. As the damping material 3, rubber-based, asphalt-based, plastic-based, inorganic-based, and composite materials thereof can be used. A flooring material using the damping material 3 has even more excellent lightweight floor impact sound insulation performance.
