【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は2液混合型接着剤用組容器に関するも
のである。

の2液混合型接着剤は通常A液・B液がそれぞれ
チユーブ容器に収容され、使用に際しては予め定
められた混合比を目安としてチユーブ容器からA
液・B液を押し出し、両者を速やかに混合したの
ち接着個所に塗布される。ところが実際にはチユ
ーブあるいは瓶容器からA液及びB液を指定され
た混合比となるように押し出しあるいは取り出す
ことは至難なことであり、熟練と勘にもとづいて
接着作業がなされているので実情であり、接着個
所の接着効果にバラツキが生じることが避けられ
ず、業界においてはその改善策が強く要望されて
いた。

構成するとともに両容器の収容部の断面積を両液
の混合比となる大きさとなし、更に底部に摺動可
能なピストン状の底部材を嵌合させ、A液容器お
よびB液容器の底部材を同じ量だけ前進させたと
き、A液とB液が設定された混合割合に相当する
量として押し出されるようになし、更に、収容部
断面積が小さい小径容器の両端に収容部断面積が
大きい大径容器の外径と等しいフランジを設け
て、押し出し用器具を用いて容器内のA・B両液
を押し出す際に、両容器について一つの器具で兼
用し得るようになしたものである。

率よく作業を遂行することができる。即ち、前記
したA液容器1およびB液容器2の形状を従来の
充填剤押し出し装置に適用可能な形状に構成する
か、もしくはA液容器1およびB液容器2の底部
材3,4をハンドル操作によつて間欠的に前進す
るロツドを備えた専用の器具を用いることが望ま
しい。第3図は従来の充填剤押し出し装置と近似
した構造の押し出し器具11にA液容器1を装着
した態様を示したものである。該器具11は既知
の充填剤押し出し装置のごとく握り部12、可動
把手13、容器1,2を収容可能なシリンダー状
外筐14および容器1,2の底部材3,4の中心
部に先端が当接される可動ロツド15を備え、握
り部12を握りしめて可動把手13を矢印a方向
に引寄せると、反対側のピン16を介して押し板
17が傾斜せしめられて該押し出し板17のロツ
ド挿通孔がロツド15と係合し、ピン16の前進
に伴いスプリング18に抗して押し板17と共に
ロツド15が前進され、その前進量だけ容器1ま
たは2の底部材3または4を押し進められて内部
液が吐出される。そして次に把手13を手離すと
スプリング18の弾力によつて押し板17と共に
把手13が復元されるが、他方においてスプリン
グ19の弾力が押え板20に作用してロツド15
の後退を阻止し、ロツド15の前進位置が保持さ
れるようになつている。したがつて把手13の握
り引きと解放を繰り返すことにより、ロツド15
は関欠的に前進され、容器1または2からA液ま
たはB液がその前進量に相当する量だけ押し出す
ことができる。そして好ましくは上記器具11の
可動ロツド15に目盛21を設け、一定量ずつ前
進させ得るように、例えば可動ロツド15の後方
にストツパー22を移動・停止可能に嵌合してお
くか、または可動把手13の引き寄せ量を規制調
節可能なアジヤステイングスクリユー23を設け
ておけば、一回の押し出し操作によつて容器1,
2の底部材3,4を所定量だけ前進させることが
でき、本考案による組容器1,2から所定の混合
比率に対応したA液とB液が吐出され、最適な混
合接着剤を得ることができる。
