い筆圧をかけた場合は筆記時に於ける芯折れを招
く虞れがある。そして出し過ぎた芯を適度な長さ
に修正するには例えば第1図の従来の触指繰出式
シヤープペンシルでは次の様な煩瑣な操作を要す
る。即ち芯ケース1の後端に連結するノツク操作
体(図面上省略)をノツクして芯ケース1を押圧
しノツクバネ2を圧縮しながら芯ケース1と摩擦
嵌合するチヤツクケース3を同時に前進させてチ
ヤツクケース3の前端に固着した止めリング4を
軸継手5の内壁6に衝合させたのち芯ケース1を
チヤツクケース3に対して摺動させ芯ケース3の
内面段部7を芯固定チヤツク8の後端に当接させ
て押圧することにより芯固定チヤツク8を単独で
前進させボール9を転動させながら芯固定孔10
を芯の自由落下が可能な程度に開放させ、芯を一
度戻してから再度の繰り出しで適度の繰り出し量
を得る。この様に従来のボールチヤツクを用いた
シヤープペンシルには芯の出し過ぎの修正が煩瑣
なこと及び芯に過重な筆圧が加わつた場合に芯の
折損を招き易い欠点があつた。

るチヤツクケースへの嵌合摺動部の前方に位置す
る前端口内面にテーパ面を設けると共に軸筒に於
ける内面段部に上記テーパ面に当接して互いに滑
り合うテーパ面を有する突起部を設け、且つ芯ケ
ースにその前端から軸方向のスリツトを設けたこ
とを特徴として構成される。

力を適度に設定することによつても可能である
が、摩耗、潤滑、加工精度等の問題があつて実用
的ではない。これに反し本考案の如く芯ケース1
7の段部19とチヤツクケース12の段部20と
をノツクバネ21により当接させ且つ芯ケース1
7を所要位置に於てストツパー22により停止さ
せればその様な困難な問題も解消される。この場
合過重な筆圧が加わつた場合にチヤツクケース1
2が芯ケース17に対して摺動可能な様に嵌合摺
動部18の摩擦力はバネ16の力よりも小さく且
つ芯固定チヤツク11の後端と芯ケース17の内
面段部23との間には所要の隙間24が設定され
ねばならない。
