Description
産業上の利用分野
本発明は、ボリウムによつて外部から加熱時
間、温度を任意値に設定し、食品を加熱する加熱
調理器に関するものである。
従来例の構成とその問題点
加熱時間、温度をボリウムをまわすことによつ
て設定できるようになつている加熱調理器におい
て時間設定の手順を示すと、まずボリウムの回転
位置によつてそれぞれ対応する電圧値が生ずるの
で、この電圧値をA/Dコンバータ内蔵のマイク
ロコンピユータが読み取り、電圧値に対応する加
熱時間、加熱温度を蛍光表示管により表示する。
ここで従来の加熱調理器ではマイクロコンピユー
タによる電圧値の読み取りデータを前回の読み取
りデータとの比較なしで、そのまま表示してい
た。すなわち、電圧値の読み取りデータが2回な
いしは複数回連続して一致してはじめて真のデー
タと判断し処理するといういわゆるダブルチエツ
クまたはそれ以上の複数回チエツクを行つていな
かつた。
ここで、表示の具体例を挙げる。第2図におい
て加熱時間を設定するタイマーボリウム2の回転
位置による電圧値が−3.5Vだつたとすると、ND
コンバータでは0V−5Vを63分割するから−3.5V
は下表から19レベルで2分50秒に対応し、設定時
間として2分50秒を第2図における蛍光表示管4
に表示する。次に別の加熱時間例えば28分を設定
したい場合は下表からタイマーボリウム2を回し
この出力電圧を−0.27V程度にすると28分00秒の
表示が出る。しかしながらタイマーボリウム2を
回さなくてもタイマーボリウム2にノイズが乗つ
てA/D変換値で1レベル以上の変化があつたと
き前回とはちがつた加熱時間表示をするので、結
果としてノイズによつて表示がちらちらすること
になる。

を一定時間毎に読み取る手段と、前記ボリウムの

力値と呼ぶ)を記憶する手段と、この前回の出力
値とある時点の出力値とを比較する手段と、この
比較の結果により出力値の一致回数を計数するカ
ウンタと、この計数値が一定回数を越えたとき前
記ボリウムの出力値を対応する時間温度に変換し
表示する手段と、前記加熱時間や加熱温度を設定
するためのボリウム出力値がある時点での値とそ
の1回前の値とが変化した時、設定中であると判
断する手段と、設定中でなくなつた時から一定時
間計数するカウンタと、設定中もしくは設定中で
なくなつた時から一定時間(約2秒程度)を計数
するまでは操作中、その他の時は非操作中と判断
する手段とを備え、前記ボリウムの出力値の一致
回数が一定回数を越えた時はじめて表示するとい
うこの一定回数を操作中と非操作中で異なる値に
設定し、しかも非操作中の方の数を大きくする構
成とした加熱調理器。1.
