フツク部材を個別に傾転させ得る傾転装置を備え
ており、この傾転装置は、前記水平支持部材に水
平ピンを介して回転自在に軸着されたナツト部材
と、このナツト部材に螺合し、上部にハンドル、
モータ等の回転駆動装置が装備され、下端が一組
のフツク部材の連結部材に水平ピンを介して軸着
されたボルト部材から構成し、交換の必要な鋳型
に対応するフツク部材のみをボルト部材の回転に
より下方へ傾転させ、ボルト部材による姿勢が保
持されたフツク部材の先端部を交換の必要な鋳型
の吊り金具に係止させ、水平支持部材を物上げ装
置により上昇させて鋳型を一括して同時に搬出
し、新鋳型の組込みに対しては逆に行なうように
したものである。

れたナツト部材と、このナツト部材に螺合し、上
部に回転駆動装置が装備され、下端が一組のフツ
ク部材の連結部材に水平ピンを介して軸着された
ボルト部材からなることを特徴とする連続鋳造設
備における鋳型一括交換装置。
