以下本発明の実施例を図面によつて詳細に説明
する。第1図において、発電機の外穀をなす一対
のブラケツト1および2は、固定子鉄心3a、こ
れに巻装した固定子巻線3bより成る固定子3を
挾持している。ブラケツト1および2の側面中央
部には、発電機の内側に向かつて突出する円筒状
の軸受ボツクス4および5が設けられ、これらの
軸ボツクス4および5に設けた軸6および7によ
り回転軸8が回転自在に支持されている。回転軸
8には前記固定子3の内側に位置するように一対
の爪形ポールコア9,10およびこれらコア間に
磁路を形成する継鉄11が固定され、ポールコア
9,10の内周にて界磁コイル12が挾持されて
おり、これらポールコア9,10、継鉄11、界
磁コイル12等によつて回転子を構成している。
回転軸8の一端にはブーリー27が固定され、エ
ンジンによりベルト駆動される。前記ポールコア
9,10の両側面には固定子3の内径より径小の
遠心冷却フアン13,14が回転軸8と同心に固
定されている。ブラケツト2の内側にはフアン1
4と適当な間隙をもつ対向したフアンガイド板1
5を取付けてある。ブラケツト1,2の各側面に
は冷却風の吸入口1a,2aが設けられ、これら
吸入口1a,2aより導入された風は、発電機の
内部を冷却した後、熱風となつてブラケツト1,
2に設けた吐出口1b,2bより排出されるよう
にしてある。軸受7とポールコア10との間には
回転軸8に固定されたスリツプリング16が設け
られ、ブラシ保持器26に収納されたブラシ19
及び出力電圧を調整するICギユレータ20を介
して界磁コイル12に界磁電流を供給するように
してある。またブラケツト2の内側には第2図に
示すように絶縁物22を挾持した略馬てい形状の
冷却フイン17,18が配置され、これら冷却フ
イン17,18に取付けた複数個のダイオード1
7′,18′を三相全波整流回路を構成するように
相互に結線する配線盤23及び前記したガイド板
15と共にボルト21aによりブラケツト2に固
定してある。配線盤23には前記したダイオード
17′,18′の相互結線用のターミナル23a、
固定子巻線接続用ターミナル23b、界磁電流供
給用ダイオード28の結線用ターミナル23c等
を設けてある。配線盤23は合成樹脂などの絶縁
材で形成されるが、この配線盤23と一体化さ
れ、スリツプリング16と一定の間隙をもつてス
リツプリング16を取囲む略筒状部材24によ
り、スリツプリング部分の防塵、防水構造を形成
している。この略筒状部材24のポールコア10
に対向する側は、スリツプリング16の絶縁材の
一部より成る略凹状のリブ16′と一定の間隙を
もつて配置され、これにより迷路構造を形成して
ある。またスリツプリング16と対向した内周部
分に開口部24aが設けられ(第1図および第3
図C参照)、外周側では前記開口部24aに連通
しかつ回転軸8に平行な通路24bを形成して全
体として略L字状の迷路構造にしてある。この通
路24bの開口部は遠心フアン14の内径側に位
置させてあり、これによりブラシ19とスリツプ
リング16との摩擦により生じた熱を、前記遠心
フアン14により生じた負圧によつて開口部24
a、通路24bを介してブラケツト2の吐出口2
bより発電機の外部に排出することができる。

材25b、略リング状シール部材25aをセツト
し、回転軸8と直角方向よりブラシ保持器26を
角状穴25dおよび略角状穴24cに貫通させ、
