破砕できるものも存在するが、内部の鉄筋等は依
然として別のカツター等で切断しなければならず
作業能率が悪い欠点があつた。また、その剪断効
率または破砕効率が力学的に優れているものが存
在しなかつた。このため、より剪断効率等が優
れ、且つ内部の鉄筋等を同時に切断処理できるも
のの開発が望まれていた。
