Conventionally, spirally wound laminate hoses are made by sequentially wrapping or covering the outer periphery of a spirally wound wire with polypropylene cloth, a polypropylene resin sheet, and a polypropylene resin tube, and then layering polyvinyl chloride on top. It is known that a coated cloth is wound around the outer periphery of the coated cloth, and a spiral wire is further wound around the outer periphery of the coated cloth.

However, when manufacturing this type of spirally wound hose, the air in the laminate cannot be completely removed, and the laminate is wound loosely, resulting in poor durability and pressure resistance.

[Structure of the invention] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a hose in which a metal wire is wound spirally around the inner and outer peripheries of a laminate of synthetic resin film, cloth, etc. A synthetic resin cord for air release is wrapped in a spiral shape.

In this embodiment, after winding the films 4 and 5, the tube 6 is covered, and the film 7 is also wound thereon. However, if necessary, the films are sequentially wound left and right alternately, and the tube is covered in appropriate layers, and then the film is further wrapped. It may be wound an appropriate number of times.

As described above, in this invention, the synthetic resin cord is wound spirally around the synthetic resin film laminate that makes up the hose, and the air inside is reliably removed. The laminate becomes tight and has excellent durability and pressure resistance. It is superior in terms of performance than ever before. In addition, if the hose is exposed to seawater or used underwater, even if the outer spirally wound steel wire breaks, the inner synthetic resin cord maintains its strength and prevents rupture and leakage.
