〔考案の構成〕
本考案は上記の目的を達成するために、合成樹

成樹脂フイルムの外周にエア抜き用の合成樹脂製

等がかかつたり、海中で使用した場合、外側の螺
旋巻鉄鋼線が切れてもその内側にある合成樹脂製
コードで強度を保ち得、破裂、漏洩を防ぐことが
できる。
