As a result, it became possible to eliminate the loss of 2000 hours of manufacturing time for yarn and knitted fabrics. The ultimate product is to create a single piece of clothing without sewing. In this case, the knitted product must be discharged from the knitting machine in a separated state. Therefore, when the knitting of one knitted fabric with forming lines is completed, the knitting yarn is cut and the knitted fabric is released from am, and the yarn end is securely held for knitting the next knitted fabric. must be in the same state as In addition, even when using other than the above-mentioned forming line, for example, when a plurality of colored threads are used alternately, it is necessary to hold the threads in a standby state. The present inventor has developed a thread gripping and cutting device used for the above purpose and has filed an application as Japanese Utility Model Application No. 59-33787. The above device is equipped with a yarn gripping device and a yarn cutting device in part 11 of a flat knitting machine, and a mounting plate supporting a yarn gripping type of the yarn gripping device and its operation plate, a cutter of the yarn cutting device and its operation plate are moved up and down. The thread is gripped or released by moving the thread, and the end of the thread is cut, but the above operation relies on the biasing force of the spring and the traction force of the wire resisting the biasing force. The end of the wire was fixed to a rocking arm that was rocked by a cam installed at the bottom of the mai machine, and was pulled by the rotation of the cam. However, as the knitting speed of knitting machines increased, some unsatisfactory responses emerged. In addition, when it is necessary to change the knitting yarn due to a pattern or other reasons when knitting a knitted fabric, the yarn gripping device grips the yarn that has been formed so far, and the yarn gripping device is moved to the needle bed. It will be placed on standby at the bottom of the side. Then, the yarn that continues from the yarn gripping device to the knitted fabric must be cut, because the knitted fabric knitted with the newly fed yarn is lowered from the needle bed as knitting progresses and is wound up. If the old knitting yarn that was switched is connected to the knitted fabric, the knitted fabric will not be pulled down. Therefore, the scissors advance to the knitting yarn to be cut from below and cut it, but when cutting the yarn while advancing from below to upward, the thread tends to move against the advance of the scissors. This results in the problem that it escapes upward and cannot be cut. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In view of the above points, the present invention provides an uncut gripping device, a yarn gripping device, and a yarn cutting device that perform a gripping operation corresponding to an increase in knitting speed and have good yarn catching performance. The purpose is to obtain equipment. [Means for solving rsa] In the thread cutting and gripping device, the nip claw mounting plate that supports the nip claw for thread grasping and the cutter blade actuating plate that supports the cutter blade for thread cutting are connected by a guide member. In a thread cutting and gripping device that is slidably supported, a motor-driven pinion is engaged with a rack provided with a nip claw mounting plate and a cutter blade operating plate, respectively, and a nip claw mounting plate and a cutter blade operating plate are mounted on the rack. Motor driven. In the thread gripping device, a nip pawl pivotally supported on a mounting plate and a nip pawl swinging member pivotally supported on an operating plate are connected, and both are made slidable so that the position of the operating plate relative to the mounting plate can be changed. In a yarn holder supported by a support member, a pinion driven by a motor is engaged with a rack provided on the side surface of the yarn holder, the yarn holder is moved up and down by the motor, and the two are integrated between a mounting plate and an operation plate, or A release means for releasing the integration is provided so that the operating plate and the mounting plate can be operated integrally or separately. As for the yarn cutting device, a cutter blade is rotatably provided in the shape of scissors at the end of a yarn cutter actuating plate that is provided to move forward and backward with respect to the yarn to be cut, and the tip is opened in a 0-shape, and A hooked guide plate having a hook portion at its tip is provided in a stationary state on both sides of the cutter blade, sandwiching the cutter blade, and the hook portions of each hooked guide plate located on both sides of the cutter blade are both attached to the cutter blade. By protruding from the center of
It is possible to prevent the thread from escaping.

It is moved up and down by a motor through a pinion that is integrated with the motor shaft that engages with the rack. The rising position is from the knitting fabric on the needle bed to the position of the knitting yarn extending from the yarn feeder.During the rise, the position of the operating plate relative to the mounting plate is changed by unlocking the operating plate arranged in parallel with the mounting plate. change. Through the Orad between the thread gripping wind which is pivotally supported on the mounting plate and the operating plate, the thread gripping wind opens as the mounting plate rises as the positions of the mounting plate and the operating plate change, and It closes as it descends, and pulls down the thread it grips as it ascends. In the thread cutting device, the scissors blade pivoted at the tip of the mounting plate closes as the mounting plate rises and opens as it descends, but the guide plates with hooks provided on both sides of the scissors blade do not allow the mounting plate to rise. Sometimes, the knitting yarn to be cut is taken into the hook to prevent the threads from escaping upward. Therefore, even if the thread comes into contact with the scissor blade when approaching the thread from below, the thread will not escape upward and will be cut. K Embodiment An example of the implementation of the gripping and cutting device of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The apparatus of the present invention passes from the knitted fabric (not shown) knitted in the needle bed 1 of the horizontal A machine through the yarn feeder F to the package (
A yarn holder 3 for gripping the yarn Y extending to the knitted fabric (not shown), and a yarn cutter 4 for cutting the yarn Y between the yarn holder 3 and the knitted fabric are located on the side of the needle bed 1. It is located below the south exit of No. 1. In the illustrated example, two sets of the first yarn holder 3a and the second yarn holder 3b are provided, but this is a measure aimed at using a large number of yarn types in knitting the fabric, and the structure of both is the same. I will explain one of them. A yarn holder support member 6 is fixed to a block 5 opposed to the side surface of the needle bed 1 and supported by a frame (not shown). Guide plates 46a and 46b with hooks are supported with hooks 45b in between. The guide plates 46a and 46b with hooks both have a long U-shape with an open end, and one of the open ends serves as guide portions 47a and 47b, and the other end serves as hook portions 48a and 48.
b, and the shaft 44 is fitted into the long groove 49 at the center. A spring 50 is fitted into the base of the shaft 44 and urges the hooked guide plates 46a, 46b and the cutter blades 45a, 45b to come into close contact with each other. Cutter blades 45a, 45b
are lower arm portions 51a, respectively. It has an L-shape with a protruding portion 51b, and lower arm portions 51a and 5t.
bsa, the dogleg-shaped connecting rods 52a and 52b are connected, and a shaft 54 provided in the guide member 8 is inserted into a long hole 53 provided in the vertical portion thereof. A guide plate 4 with a hook is attached to the shaft 54.
Fix the ends of 6a and 46b. Yarn cutter operating plate 4
A pinion 57 supported by a shaft 56 of a motor 55 is engaged with a rack 43 provided on the side of the motor 2. Next, the operation of the device of the present invention will be explained. When the knitting yarn used to knit the knitted fabric is held by the yarn holder, the yarn feeder F, which feeds the yarn used to knit the knitted fabric, is moved to the end of the knitting machine stand as shown in Figure 1. , the yarn holder 3 and the yarn cutter 4 rise from the side of the needle bed 1 to remove the knitting yarn Y extending between the yarn feeder F and the knitted fabric (not shown) hanging on the needle bed 1. At the same time as nipping, the thread is cut between the yarn holder 3 and the needle bed 1. That is, the yarn holder 3, which was in the standby position shown in FIG. 1, rises in response to the yarn gripping command. In the illustrated example, two sets of yarn holders 3 are provided, and it is assumed that one of them, for example, the yarn holder 3a, rises. The rise of the yarn holder 3a which was in the standby position [(Fig. 3 1)
a Rotating the drive motor 31 and rotating the motor shaft 32. Pinion 30. Through the rack 22, the nip claw attachment plate 9 of the yarn holder 3a is slid upward within the groove 7a of the yarn holder support member 6. The rise of the nip claw mounting plate 9 is transmitted to the operation plate 10 via the spring 18, and the operation plate 10 also starts to rise, but the claw part 22 of the swinging claw 27 is inserted into the notch 24 on the side of the operation plate 10. Since the operation plate 10 is locked by the bias of the spring 28, the operation plate 10 cannot rise and stops. Therefore, the nip claws 13a and 13b, which are pivotally supported at the tip of the nip claw mounting plate 9 and rise as the nip claw mounting plate 9 rises, are connected to the shaft 17 provided on the operation plate 10 supporting the small rod 15.16. Since it does not rise, the tip is pulled by the small rods 15 and 16 and opens to the left and right (Fig. 3, 2). At this time, the hook 16 at the lower end of the nip claw mounting plate 9 is connected to the notch 6 of the operation plate 16.
2 by the biasing force of the spring 21. Further, as the nip claw mounting plate 9 rises, the cam groove 23 of the nip claw mounting plate 9
Since the cam follower 29 of the swinging claw 26 that had been inserted comes out of the cam groove 23, the swinging claw 2G pivots clockwise as shown in FIG. 3 to remove the claw portion 2T from the notch 24. The operation plate 16 attempts to rise due to the biasing force of the spring 18, but cannot rise because the hook 19 of the nip claw mounting plate 9 is engaged with the notch 62 at the bottom of the operation plate 16, and is in a standby state. Both are fixed with the nip claw mounting plate 9 maintained at a higher position than the operating plate 10 (FIG. 3). In this state, the yarn holder 3a rises via the pinion 30 due to the rotation of the - layer motor 31 and reaches the maximum position in FIG. 3(4). Here, the thread Y is held between the open nip claws 13a and 13bl, and the nip claw mounting plate 9 is further rotated by the pinion 30.
When the and operation plate 10 are simultaneously raised, the tip of the hook 19 of the nip claw attachment plate 9 contacts the lower part of the yarn holder support member 6, and the hook 19 rotates clockwise.
The engagement with the notch 62 of the operation plate 10 is released, and the operation plate 16 is moved to the nip claw mounting plate 9 by the biasing force of the spring 18.
rises against This upward movement causes the nip claws 13a and 13b to pivot in the direction of closing via the small rods 15 and 16, and the nip claws 13a and 13b nip the yarn Y (Fig. 3, 5).6 The yarn holder 3a which has nipped the yarn Y is the reverse rotation of the motor 31, and the nip claw mounting plate 9 and the operation plate 1 are rotated in the opposite direction.
6 are pulled together by a spring 18, and descend as one unit, returning to the original position. The nip claws 13a and 13b of the yarn holder 3a nip the yarn Y by lowering the yarn Y.
is a hooked guide plate 46a of the yarn cutter 4 provided adjacent to the yarn holder 3b. 46bffi. When the yarn Y is inserted into the yarn cutter 4 by lowering the yarn holder 3b, the yarn cutter driving motor 55 is rotated, and the motor shaft 56.
Pinion 57. The yarn cutter operating plate 42 is raised via the rack 43. As the cutter blades 45a and 45b are pivotally supported at the top of the yarn cutter operating plate 42, they also rise in an open state, and the yarn Y is inserted between them. Then, the elongated holes 53 of the continuous rods 52a, 52b connected to the lower arms 5ta, 51b of the cutter blades 45a, 45b come into contact with the shaft 54 (the fifth
(FIG. 2) Then, as the yarn cutter operating plate 42 rises thereafter, the cutter blades 4Sa, 4Sb close and cut the yarn Y inserted between them. Even if the thread Y slips and escapes from the cutter blade 45 when the cutter blades 45a and 45b are raised or when the cutter blades 45a and 45b are about to close, the thread Y will be moved by the hooked guide plate 46a, 4θb hook portions 48a, 48
b, so that the cutter blades 45a and 4Sb can be positioned within the turning locus. After uncutting is performed at the highest position of the yarn cutter operating plate 42, the motor 55 is rotated in the reverse direction.
Contrary to the above, with the blades closed, cutter blades 45a and 45b
is lowered, and when the tops of the elongated holes 53 of the connecting rods 52a, 52b come into contact with the shaft 54 near the lowest position, the connecting rods 52a, 52
b can no longer be lowered, but the cutter blades 45a and 45b
Since the shaft 44 that supports
Push down the ob to open the cutter blades 45a and 45b and return them to their original positions. K Effects of the Invention As described above, the device of the present invention uses a motor as the drive source for operating the yarn holder and yarn cutter, and its rotation is directly transmitted to the rack of the yarn holder and yarn cutter via the pinion of the motor shaft. There is no need for a drive-side cam like a device and a wire for transmitting the movement of the cam to a yarn holder, etc., and high-speed drive is now possible in response to the increasing speed of knitting machines. Furthermore, since the nip claw is pivotally supported on the mounting plate, the small rod connected to the nip claw is pivotally supported on the operating plate, and a means is provided between the mounting plate and the operating plate to integrate or release the two, You can nip the thread by simply raising or lowering one of the mounting plates without having to operate the operating plate and the mounting plate separately, and unlike conventional devices, there are two cams and two cams for operating both separately. There is no longer any need for wires, etc. Furthermore, since the yarn cutter has hooked guide plates with U-shaped tips on both sides of the cutter blade and a hook portion on one side, the yarn cutter attempts to cut the yarn while rising. In some cases, the hook portion can hold down the thread, thereby preventing the thread from escaping due to being pushed by the cutter blade and becoming unable to be cut.
