Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily and surely feed a film in cartridge to a developing device by providing a housing part having a guiding impeller which sorts the film in cartridge and raising the housing part so that an operation may be performed at the time of actuation. CONSTITUTION:The housing part is provided, where leaders for conveyance 2 obtained by sticking and bonding the tongue edge of the film in cartridge 3 are superposed to be housed and which is equipped with a case 41 having one or more grooves where the cartridges 3 are successively arranged to be housed, the guiding impeller 53 which sorts the film in cartridge 3 every one set and the cover 42 of the case 41. Furthermore, a sprocket gear 27 which drives to convey the leader for conveyance 2, a cutter for cutting the end of the film and the insertion part of the film in cartridge 3 into the developing device are provided. The housing part is made to fall horizontally when the film in cartridge is loaded and the housing part is raised at the time of actuation so that the operation may be performed. Thus, the film in cartridge is surely and safely conveyed in the developing device.

Conventionally, one method for automatically supplying film containing cartridges to the developing device is to load a pair of conveyance leaders with cartridges attached to a special magazine on each side, as in JP-A-61-151654 and JP-A-62-286048. A method of sequentially sending the whole magazine to a developing device and another method are disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 63-23156. Japanese Patent Publication No. 63-5834

Still another method, as in JP-A-62-246068, is to provide a plurality of loading positions for loading cartridges, for example, on an endless belt, and to attach the cartridge-containing film to which the transport leader loaded therein is attached. There is a method in which the images are sequentially transferred into the developing device.

In the conventional film supply bag as described above, when loading the transport leader with the cartridge attached to the film supply device, the bar holes a of the transport leader are engaged with the protrusions on the endless belt at regular intervals. In other words, the reader must be inserted into the specified loading position of the connected cartridge and loaded.
In this way, each transport leader or cartridge must be carefully positioned one by one, which is quite cumbersome.

The film supply device 40 is held by a support 46, the cartridge 3 is housed together with the conveying leader 2 in a case 41, and the film supply device 40 is locked with a cover 42. The film supply device 40 is attached to the insertion portion 10 of the developing device 1. An arbitrary number of cartridge-containing films 3 are stored in the storage groove 43 inside the case 41. The tongue end portions of each cartridge-containing film 3 are affixed to both sides of the conveyance leader 2, only the leading one of which is shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. In the center of the leader 2, bar holes 1 2a are equally spaced.

Such a conveyance leader 2 and a cartridge-filled film 3 are easily and securely stored by opening the lid 42 with the film supplying device 40 held horizontally and regulating the radial direction in the groove 43 in the case 41. The leading cartridge is placed between adjacent blades of the guide impeller 53. The state is then shown in FIG. 2(b). When this happens, the insertion portion IO of the developing device 1 will be horizontal and 60@
As a result, it becomes almost upright and is ready for operation. Then, by pressing a start button (not shown), a start signal is input, and the guide impeller 53 rotates around 45'', as shown in FIG. 2(c).
The state shown in FIG. 2(d) is reached after 456 turns.

As described above, when the cartridge-containing film supply device 40 is in operation, it is almost in a standing state, as shown in FIG. 2(d).
In this state, the cartridge 3 and the transport leader 2 fall downward into the groove 43 and along the upper surface 44 due to their own weight. Therefore, the leading end of the conveying leader 2 is engaged with the sprocket gear 27, and the bar gear 1 pin 2a at the leading end meshes with the teeth of the tin rocket gear 27 to be conveyed. The conveying leader 2 is guided between the guides 25 and 26 of the insertion section 10, passes through the pair of conveying rollers 14a and 14b, and the guide 15, and is conveyed while being held by the pair of conveying rollers ia of the developing device 1.

The cartridge 3 attached to the reader 2 remains in the holder 16. This holder 16 is fitted with a pole slider 18 to two shafts 19 which are fixed to brackets 21 and 22 provided at both ends of the base 13 of the insertion section 10, and is always attached to the right by a spring 20. It is pressed against the right plug 22 and stopped as shown by the two-dot chain line. Further, the leader 2 is conveyed through the developing device 1 by the pair of conveying rollers 1a or other sprocket gears, and at this time, the film is gradually drawn out from the cartridge held in the holder 16. Then, the conveyance leader 2 advances, and when the leader continues to advance after pulling out the film, the cartridge 3 on the holder 16 is pulled by the film, and the holder 16 is biased through the wall 17. The holder 16 moves to the left against the spring force, and the holder 16 reaches the position shown by the solid line on the left side, and stops due to a stopper (not shown) provided there, and the position of the holder 16 is detected by the sensor 13a. , the cutter 24 is actuated by the signal, and the end of the film is cut off from the cartridge. The cut cartridge falls downward through the discharge path 29 and is collected.

The guide impeller 53 of the film supply device 40 is actuated by the signal from the sensor 13a, and the leading edge of the film is pasted to the next top transport leader 2, which is waiting in the state shown in FIGS. 2(a) and 2(b). The cartridge-filled film 3 is in a state as shown in FIG. 2(d), and the bar foration 2a at the tip of the conveyance leader 2 engages with the tin rocket gear 27 and moves toward the insertion section 10 and the developing device l. and start transport.

In this embodiment, two cartridge-containing films were symmetrically pasted to the transport leader 2, but only one film may be pasted on one side. Further, in this embodiment, the structure is such that a maximum of two cartridges are attached at a time, but it is of course possible to adopt a design in which even more cartridge-containing films are attached to one portion for transport.

In this way, the cartridge-containing film 3 is arranged in the groove 43 provided in the case 41 of the film supply bag [40], and each transport leader 2 to which the film is attached is placed one on top of the other along the upper surface 44. This can be said to be an operation that anyone can easily and reliably handle. And case 4
When the film supply device 40 attached to the developing device i via the support member 46 with a lid 42 attached to the film supply device 1 is brought up from a horizontal state to be ready for operation, the film supply device 40 is placed against the upper surface of the developing device 1. Since it is set in an almost standing position at 60° to 90°, the installation space is saved and it is economical. Develop film in Shigamo Patrone reliably and safely! It becomes possible to transport the materials into the interior of the building.
