Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は製袋用フイルムなどの巻かれた巻管
(以下、単に巻管と言う)の運送途中で、その両
端縁に傷を生じたり端ずれを生じさせて製袋不良
や印刷むらなどの発生を防止するための巻管端縁

送することは行われているが、運送終了後例えば
製袋機や印刷機などに装着させる時点では床面上
で解梱して保護材は取外し、且つ巻管中心部には
支軸を挿入させると共に大径のものはクレーンや
ホイストなどで一定高さに吊上げながら機械に装
着させるのである。ところで、上記作業中即ち運
送途中は保護材で守られているものの一旦解梱さ
れると無防備の状態となり、従つて支軸を挿入し
たりする作業で同様に傷を生じたり端ずれを生じ

本考案は如上の問題点に鑑み、運送中はもちろ
ん機械に装着させる最終段階まで梱包されたまゝ
の状態を保持させ、機械装着後に初めて解梱して
保護材を取外せるようになす構成として如上の問

包してある。しかして、運搬が終了すると本考案
では解梱することなく、即ちそのまゝの状態で巻
管4の中心部に支軸5を嵌入させ、支軸5の両端
はホイストやクレーンなどを使用して一定高さに
吊上げながら目的とする包装機や印刷機などの取
付け架台(図示せず)に装填後解梱するのであ
り、このさい保護用側当材1の取外しには上記側
板本体1aの一面に形成した破断線3a,3bで
囲まれた仕切板6を持つて強く手前(矢印f方
向)に引張るようになすのである。これにより該
仕切板6は本体1表面から取外されるのであり、
あとは鍔体1bを含む側板上部を手で持つて支軸
5上方へ引上げるようになすことにより全体を取
