Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は製袋用フイルムなどの巻かれた巻管
(以下、単に巻管と言う)の運送途中で、その両
端縁に傷を生じたり端ずれを生じさせて製袋不良
や印刷むらなどの発生を防止するための巻管端縁
部の保護用側当材に関する。

支軸を挿入させると共に大径のものはクレーンや
ホイストなどで一定高さに吊上げながら機械に装
着させるのである。ところで、上記作業中即ち運
送途中は保護材で守られているものの一旦解梱さ
れると無防備の状態となり、従つて支軸を挿入し
たりする作業で同様に傷を生じたり端ずれを生じ
たりする問題がある。

本考案は如上の問題点に鑑み、運送中はもちろ
ん機械に装着させる最終段階まで梱包されたまゝ
の状態を保持させ、機械装着後に初めて解梱して
保護材を取外せるようになす構成として如上の問
題点を除去せんとするものである。

吊上げながら目的とする包装機や印刷機などの取
付け架台(図示せず)に装填後解梱するのであ
り、このさい保護用側当材1の取外しには上記側
板本体1aの一面に形成した破断線3a,3bで
囲まれた仕切板6を持つて強く手前(矢印f方
向)に引張るようになすのである。これにより該
仕切板6は本体1表面から取外されるのであり、
あとは鍔体1bを含む側板上部を手で持つて支軸
5上方へ引上げるようになすことにより全体を取
外すことのできるものである。
