Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent damage of a thread streak even in a shortened work time with no generation of thread fall-off during transportation by fixing the outermost layer end thread part of a rewound thread streak object rewound up to a cylindrical bobbin to a rewound thread surface by a seal having adhesiveness. CONSTITUTION:The outermost layer end thread part of a rewound thread streak 2 rewound on a cylindrical bobbin 1 is fixed to a rewound thread surface by a seal 4 having adhesiveness. This adhesive seal 4, includes an adhesive agent only applied to its side brought into contact with an object to be adhesively stuck, a material having flexibility is used because of curved surfaces of the rewound thread streak 2 also its thickness is small due to a similar reason. And it is important that the adhesive agent has adhesive force of a degree not generating natural exfoliation, when the seal 4 is stuck, further not generating surface twill disorder and napping in the rewound thread streak 2 when the seal 4 is peeled off. The rewound thread streak 2 has its winding end subjected to a suitable punch winding 3, so that the end thread can be easily detected and taken out.

Normally, continuous yarn is wound onto a bobbin and
It is supplied as a wound yarn for cheese, etc. Fixing the end yarn of a wound yarn is important for packaging after yarn production, preventing yarn disturbance during transportation, ease of handling when using the yarn in post-processing, and ease of work. Efforts have been made.

A wound yarn product whose end yarns are tied and fixed is less likely to be disturbed during packaging or transportation, but it is difficult to find and remove the end yarns when using them in the next process, which reduces work efficiency, especially for fine denier yarns. The drawback is that it gets extremely bad.

In addition, if the end yarn is fixed to the bare part of the bobbin where the yarn is not wound with an adhesive seal, the yarn is likely to become disordered due to twill falling, especially in cheese-shaped wound yarn products. Because of this problem, it is currently only used for wound yarns with tapering, such as burns and piconic cheese.

When using winding products with end yarn fixed to the bobbin, the seal may come off when inserted into the hole of the perforated board for fixing the bobbin during box packaging, or when the yarn is taken out for use. If you grip the end of the bobbin where there is no winding thread to avoid damaging the thread, it may cause the seal to peel off. Therefore, there is a problem in that the gripping and handling of the wound yarn material is restricted, resulting in poor workability.

Another method of fixing the end threads is to sandwich the end threads between paper and wrap the entire wound yarn in vinyl, but this method has the disadvantage that handling efficiency in the next step is extremely poor.

The adhesive seal referred to in the present invention is one in which adhesive is applied only to the side that contacts the adhered object, and there are no particular restrictions on the material, and the purpose can be achieved even if paper, film, cloth, etc. are used. However, since the surface of the wound yarn is curved, a flexible material is preferable.
For the same reason, the thickness of the seal is preferably thinner.

The sticker may be pasted at any position on the surface of the cylindrical outer layer of the wound yarn, but it is preferable to affix the sticker at a position close to the end yarn in order to securely adhere and capture the end yarn with the seal. A reliable method for fixing the end threads for this purpose is to use a device that detects the end threads, takes out the end threads, and then affixes a seal.

Example 1.2 In Example 1, where the adhesive strength of the seal was 42 g, the sticker remained attached even after 30 days, and no damage to the winding yarn was observed after the sticker was removed. It was properly fixed. Adhesive force 130g
In Example 2, the adhesion was sufficient and there was no particular problem in the state of damage to the surface threads when the seal was removed. In both Examples 1 and 2, it was easy to take out the end threads, and the work efficiency was four times that of the conventional product in which the end threads were tied and fixed.

Comparative Example 1.2 The Comparative Example with a sticker adhesive force of 25 g completely peeled off after being left for 30 days, and the Comparative Example 2 with a sticker of 160 g did not peel off at all, but the adhesive force was too strong and the sticker was removed. After the thread was removed, the yarn was severely disordered, and fluff was observed due to filament breakage, and the required quality could not be met.

Comparative Example 3 (Conventional Product) A conventional product in which the end threads were tied and fixed was evaluated in the same manner as in the example. Although no 112 disorder or fluff was observed, it took time to find and take out the end yarns, and the evaluation result was that the workability was extremely poor.
