Claims (1)
- 上面に金属電極４がプリントされた絶縁材より
なる固定基板２上に前記電極４の外周に沿つて固
着された一定の厚さの絶縁材よりなるリング状の
封止部材３上に、保持板８に貫設された小孔９に
挿入摺動される加圧棒７が中央に固着立設された
恒弾性合金よりなる可動基板６を重積載置してな
る静電容量による荷重センサ。
