属蒸着面に、導電性インクにより円形状、多角形
状等の多数の不印刷部分を残したパターンを印刷
して成ることを特徴とする電磁波シールド材。
２ 非印刷面に粘着材を塗布した請求項１に記載
の電磁波シールド材。
３ 印刷したパターンがハニカム状である請求項

状等の多数の不印刷部分を残したパターンを印刷
して成ることを特徴とする電磁波シールド材。 ２ 非印刷面に粘着材を塗布した請求項１に記載
の電磁波シールド材。 ３ 印刷したパターンがハニカム状である請求項
