Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate burrying work and to reduce cost by splitting a plastic pipe into two such that one of two splitted tubes has central angle in the range of 180 deg.-240 deg. then forming a dovetail groove and tenon, respectively, in the inner face at the splitted edge of one splitted tube and the outer face at the splitted edge of the other splitted tube. CONSTITUTION:A wire (a) is led out from indoor wiring then it is placed in one splitted tube 1a or 1b. Thereafter, the splitted tubes 1a, 1b are fitted each other in zigzag such that the end sections are not overlapped, then the tubes are burried and the wire (a) is connected with a gate light L and an interphone C. The splitted tubes 1a, 1b are cut to appropriate lengths at the opposite ends 1a', 1b' of the plastic pipe A. By such arrangement, the plastic pipe can be applied easily onto the wire resulting in facilitation and cost reduction of cable burying work.

Electric wires for gate lights and intercoms are usually buried between the building and the gateposts. This conventional burying method involves burying a PVC electrical conduit, first inserting a lead wire such as steel wire or piano wire into the electrical conduit, and then burying the electrical wire at the rear end of the lead wire. Insert the conduit with. Alternatively, first insert the wire into the conduit using a lead wire,
The conduit will be buried later.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional burying method, it is necessary to pass the lead wire through first and then pass the electric wire through, which is a complicated work and becomes an obstacle to reducing construction costs.

In view of the above points, it is an object of the present invention to provide a buried wiring method for electric wires that allows easy burying work and reduces construction costs.

In order to solve the above problems, in the present invention, when storing electric wires in a plastic tube and burying it between a building and a gatepost, the plastic tube is made into a circular cross section and its longitudinal surface is Dovetails that are divided into two parts, the center angle of the cross-sectional arc of one divided cylinder is 180 to 240 degrees, and that the dovetails fit into each other over the entire length of the inner surface of the divided edge of one divided tube and the entire length of the outer surface of the divided edge of the other divided tube. A groove or an end was formed respectively, and after the electric wire was inserted into one of the divided tubes, the other was covered, and the two were connected together through the fitting of the dovetail groove and the dovetail, and then buried. It is.

The reason why the center angle of the cross-sectional arc of the split tube is set to 180 to 240 degrees is because if it exceeds 240 degrees, the center angle of the other one becomes too small and the bonding force becomes small. The thickness should be considered and selected appropriately.

[Function] In the wiring method according to the present invention configured as described above, since one of the divided tubes has a cross-sectional arc center angle of 180 degrees or more, it is easy to bend and the divided surface is easy to spread, and the electric wire is connected to one of the divided tubes. and bury the other side.

The fitting of the above-mentioned split tubes is achieved by dovetail grooves and dovetails formed on the inner surface of the split edge on one split tube and on the outer surface of the split edge on the other, so that one split edge covers the other split edge. state. Therefore, when an inward external force is applied to the tube, one of the divided tubes tends to flex inward because it is easier to bend than the other divided tube as described above, but the other divided tube does not flex as much. As a result, the fit between the dovetail groove and the dovetail becomes even stronger. Incidentally, if dovetail grooves and dovetails are formed on the outer surface of the dividing edge of one divided tube and the inner surface of the other divided tube, when an inward external force is applied, the divided tube will bend to make the fit loose.
